“You will find unique, beautiful old marine charts here. This is a great way to own and enjoy a bit of our history. I love the hand coloring on these charts. One of mine has a house drawn on it, and tiny writing that says "excellent clams to be had". Early 1800's. Decorating tip: We are collecting antique nautical charts and custom framing them similarly, and displaying them in a gallery group--- unique art for our home. BOB provides exemplary customer service and is glad to share his bountiful knowledge. I think if you go the store, you will actually be visiting a house Paul Revere did visit himself!”

“Stopped by this little shop on the way home from the Cape towards Boston. It wasn't too far off of the highway so it was pretty convenient. The owner of the shop was a nice lady. There was plenty of items to look at, almost too many to be able to do a thorough look through. She was able to ring us up as soon as we were ready. Wouldn't mind coming back here again.”

I bought a pair of fireplace andirons and they were also willing to place a larger furniture piece on hold for me for a couple of days so that I can check I have a good spot for it. I could have spent a fortune in there, there are so many treasures ... lovely furniture, so many interesting and unique smaller items, rugs, a whole MCM section. “Not only is Waterhouse one of the coziest shops I've ever been to it has some of the best finds! From artwork to antique and Chinese Ginger Jars to fantastic pillows. I have found little gems for myself and others and visiting at Christmas is a must! The Nutcracker collection is amazing! It's a must visit if you find yourself in Hingham.”
