I feel Apple has the best consumer technology. Therefore, youād think the customer service would be top notch. Though this isnāt always the case, it was at Appleās store in Hingham. A family member, who has been a loyal customer for years, purchased a phone. Unfortunately, this phone had glitches. Peter, the manager, along with associates Patrice and Tara, couldnāt have been nicer, more helpful, more attentive, and more understanding. They stayed with us while discussing the issues and then resolving them; all with a smile. You donāt find this high level of care anymore which makes us believe in the Apple brand even that much more. We will 100% remain loyal Apple customers thanks to the treatment & knowledge of Peter, Patrice and Tara!

I want to give a big shout out to Andy! He helped me get my air tags to sync with my phone. He also straightened out my settings that I had changed when I was trying to use the trouble tips to set up the tags. I am so grateful for his friendly, helpful attitude. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed.
I truly appreciated his help as I am heading to Africa in less than a week.

No one answered the phone for 2 weeks. My pregnant wife made this my problem so here it is! I pay thousands of dollars to Apple and they are disrespectful, poor customer service and give terrible time lines for repairs. DO NOT LOSE YOUR SANITY DEALING WITH THESE CLOWNS!!! Go some where els where they respect customers!

I visited this place before coming back to my country, I was looking for the new iPhone which apparently is sold out everywhere. This was the second Apple Store I visited looking for it, and the lady who assisted me, which apparently was the Mgr. offered a series of alternatives to help me get if before my trip back which ultimately, thanks to her help and proactiveness I was able to get!

I bought a new Apple iPhone and just recently began experiencing reoccurring software issues. I brought phone to Apple Higham and they tested the device and determined it did not pass diagnostic tests and experienced a defect known to Apple. The defect was determined to be due to poor quality manufacturing by Apple. Apple Higham refused to address Appleās defect and the Apple Manager acknowledged that Apple develops poor quality products. Their solution is to buy another new (and likely defective) product. If it says Apple, itās defective. I will now buy for a reputable high quality product manufacturer, which all agreed is NOT APPLE

Walked in, guy the door was putting people in the queue for services, the store was really busy. He never really put us in the queue though? Asked what we were there for, told him we were buying an iMac, told us where they were located in the store, pointed them out and told us to stand by the table and we'd have some one by to help us, but didn't ask for a name or any other identifying piece of information. After waiting about 30 plus minuets and seeing people that came in after us get waited on I went up and verified that we were actually in the queue and he assured me we were. Another 20 minuets went by and he happened by and I asked again are we getting close, he assured me again we were. More time passed and more people that had arrived after us were waited on. Finally another store employee approached us and asked if we needed help. We told her we wanted to buy an iMac and new which one we wanted. She asked if we wanted a demo and we politely declined. She then questioned why the man at the door had us standing there if we knew what we wanted , he saw her speaking to us and scurried over, she asked him why he didnt send us straight to the pick up line, he stammered and told her we were next. She showed us to the pick up desk and we completed the transaction and walked out the door in less than 10 minuets. I will never recover the time I wasted standing near the IMacs now knowing I wasn't in the queue and apparently not even a priority for the employee at the door that was supposed to speed up our process. He in particular needs to do much much better. Apple products are outstanding which is why I waited, but know there are other options out there. Very disappointed and in the future will proabably shop for Apple products on line instead driving one way almost an hour, waiting for over and hour and then driving home almost an hour, DO BETTER Apple Employee, you know who you are. Thank to the woman that finally did help us and the fast woman that waited on us at check out and thank you to the person that brought the product out to us, for the speed and attention.

Apple Derby Street is a busy locale. Midday on a Wednesday it was buzzing. I had been using my poor phone for facetime more than ever to connect with long distance contacts and noticed my battery struggling to keep a charge. Oftentimes, on a few years older phone this is an out-of-warranty type service like in my case. But you can fully have this service done on a newer phone if you're finding the lithium battery inside not holding a charge. First I waited, after being checked in, and helpful staff Sabine explained and helped me sign off forms, had the brand new battery part in it's box presented to me, and sent it back for the work. A short while later, Genius admin Chelsea helped me pay for the work which was super transparent and get my device back working for me. I would take any of my devices back to their team there at Derby Street. I only wish they could do more out-of-warranty work but once a device is aged a couple of years, it's only so worth fixing. Chelsea was thorough, and cared to tell me the trade in value on my 2022 phone on the 2025 market. Right now, I'm happy to hold onto my older iPhone but highly recommend this place for future purchases.

My phone had broken the screen, and water fell on it while I was at a water park. I went to this store because it was the closest and they would close at 8, I got there around 6:54. I explained the situation and the lady at the front made an appointment for me. I waited few minutes, It was around 7:15 when the guy arrived and asked me some questions, then he disappeared for about 5 minutes and came back telling me that my phone was still working but he didn't have the same phone in the store for me to exchange, when I said I wanted to change my phone 11 for a 16, he told me he would call someone else, then he spent a few minutes and the girl at the front came in said that he would be solving how I could exchange my phone ( I had already told him that I wanted to buy another one ) then he came back and told me that he wasn't going to sell me another phone cause it was closing time and that I should contact Apple Support or that I should go to another store to pick up a new phone. I am very disappointed with them because when they told me I couldn't exchange my phone 11 for another one , I told them I wanted to buy a 16 then and they kept insisted on exchanging my phone 11 for another 11 because I believe it would be easier because I had Apple Care than selling me a 16 because it would take a long time, so I do not recommend this store.

Today Paul was very helpful when I was upset over my AirPods being faulty. Special Thanks. The other time I went here to buy a phone they had technical problems and were very accommodating to me over it. This location is a lot better than others.

Not me, but elderly parents experience- went up to figure out what was wrong with my Momās phone, ended up being told theyād have to wait and be seen, and ended up being held for an hour, parents left without anyone checking in. Wasted multiple hours of their day, and quite frankly whoever was working then and more than likely does now is a waste of an employee, and youād think that being on derby street would be a kick in the pants to actually attempt to be professional, but clearly the āgeniusesā here didnāt get that memo. Pathetic. If it had been me Iād have left way early to not give them the satisfaction of playing me like a fiddle, but with elderly folks, they trust people to actually do something.
Yes, I understand that Derby street gets busy, but Iāve read through other reviews and Iām not the only one calling Derby Apple Store out for their inabilities.

We had an appointment today. The 'genius' took us late and was rushed. She verified we had apple care for a cracked ipad screen, but chose to send us home to go through online apple support where we could buy an ipad, and then be reimbursed when they received the cracked screen one. How do I ensure I will be reimbursed? Why do I have apple care? Also, in the store last week, they told us we could combine multiple products when we come in for an appointment. When they asked if we had anything else, we took out broken earpods. They told us they didn't have time for that. Apple should reimburse up for the apple care and for our time today. They literally did nothing to help and wasted hours of our Monday.
