We usually LOVE Bertucci’s, and it is safe to say I will never return to this location. To start off, the service was absolutely terrible. No food check back, personality, or a cracked smile, just a cold death stare the entire time. The pasta carbonara was completely disappointing and tasted like watery noodles with Parmesan, same to say the chicken broccoli Alfredo looked like pasta soup. This is extremely upsetting, as I never had a bad meal at Bertucci’s until today. Take the extra time to drive to the Braintree location instead

We decided to eat at Bertucci’s after my daughters cheer competition because it was on the way home. When we walked in, we waited 15-20 minutes for the hostess to greet us. It was not busy. A lot of open tables. When we were finally seated, we waited another 15 minutes for our waitress to come over to take our drink orders. We ordered two Shirley temples for the kids and two glasses of Chardonnay. Since we had waited so long for the waitress, we ended up ordering our food at the same time as our drinks. 10 minutes passed and our waitress came back to our table and told us that they didn’t have Shirley temples that evening. Our kids decided to just order water. About 15-20 minutes later our waitress brought the two waters and the two glasses of wine. My children tried the water and said it was disgusting. Then as I reached for my wine glass, I noticed, clear as day, a big impression of someones lipstick. When the waitress came back we sent the wine back and I ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt. Next she brought out my daughters chicken. So at this point we had two waters, a plate of chicken for my 5 year old and one glass of wine. Then she brought over a bright orange thick liquid with no ice, claiming it was a margarita. I apprehensively took a sip and it tasted like what I would picture the chemicals in a portapotty to taste like. When the waitress came back, I sent that back and asked it to be comped. She was very sweet and said it would definitely be taken off of our bill. I was then told that they didn’t have a bartender that evening and they were very short staffed. When she finally brought over the rest of the food, pizza, pasta, and salad, it was all gross. Tasteless and poorly cooked. At this time we decided to ask for to-go containers because we couldn’t stand sitting in a filthy, repulsively decorated, cafeteria-like restaurant any longer. The waitress was completely overwhelmed with tables. None of this was her fault at all. She comped the glass of wine covered in lipstick, the “margarita”, and the garlic knots that took over an hour to come to our table. Do not ever go to this place. It was absolutely filthy, and the food was awful. I left without eating or drinking anything and paying $65 plus a tip for literally nothing.

Took the family to Bertucci's for my daughter's birthday. Service was slow, dining room was dirty. Ordered appetizers, one order of mozzarella fritters had three pieces for $15.00, and the Bertucci's sampler had three each of mozzarella fritters, chicken wings, and small meatballs for $19.00, all of it tasted like the frozen boxed stuff that you pop in the oven at home. I got a small pizza, as did one of my daughters at $20.00 each, my other daughter got a Caesar salad, my wife got eggplant parm and my daughter's boyfriend got cheese raviolis. 175.00 dollars plus tip later we were happy to leave. My entire family agreed that the quality of this place has really hit rock bottom, it's a shame. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

You know, I actually went to the original Bertucci's in Davis Square in Somerville and loved it. The pizza was great, the indoor bocce court was fun and you could go next door to Steve's for ice cream after. Well, then Bertucci's became a chain and the woes that befall all chains (think Filene's Basement, TGIF which used to be a fun adult place, etc). Our pizza was a joke. We ordered a large margherita and half of it had absolutely no cheese on it at all. The tomato sauce was way too thick and the crust was hard and dry. At least our waiter was nice and brought a free Diet Coke refill (one for two people which seemed a bit odd) but the place seemed sad and has obviously seen better days. Definitely not the Bertucci's I remember from the olden days.

Let me tell you about Server Khiara at Bertucci's, she's like the superhero of spaghetti! ? Not only did she rescue us from hunger with her lightning-fast service, but she also had us rolling with laughter faster than you can say extra garlic knots! Forget about "soup of the day" the real treat here is the "laughs of the day" served by Khiara! If you're craving a side of laughter with your fettuccine alfredo, she's your gal!" ?

Haven’t been in years and now I remember why. Over 15 min after seated until we are introduced to the horrible waiter. FILTHY silverware, DISGUSTING. The food looked like it was vomited onto the plate by a dog and the quality was subpar. Not even a check in when no one at our table touched their food. Horrible service, horrible food, place should be shutdown.

I ordered lagsana. The outside of it was hot, but after a couple of bites it was cold. My niece's dish, some chicken& pasta dish had no flavor. Very bland. Off my list for restaurants.

I've never skimped on a tip before, but I found 15% quite generous in this situation. I will not be back to this location.Firstly, they need more waiters. Secondly, they need to get rid of our waiter. The most impressive faux pas was when he walked by mumbling something and dropped off a pizza box and receipt on the table behind us. I got the impression that it might have been for us, and I was correct. At that point we approached the hostess stand and got a dessert menu. The party who was seated next to us got up and left as nobody had attended to them for approximately 10 minutes after being seated. There were four parties in the whole establishment. They were out of meatballs and two out of five dessert options. My girlfriend liked the music and the abysmal service was, at least, a conversation piece.Kid-friendliness: They have crayons and food fights are tolerated.

Feel so sad about this place. It's dirty, the service is terrible and the food has really gone downhill while prices are not cheap. I understand this is not a high end restaurant but it is not up to par on what it should be. My husband ordered a draft beer and there was not one single bubble/fizz in it and it was warm. He is always so laid back about that stuff so nicely told the waiter and asked for another brand beer. The waiter literally said “they will all be like that” we didn't get any beer? the apps came out the same time as dinner and they served the dip with dried out sub rolls. Just awful. Didn't help that our waiter spoke very little English and ignored us

No harsh overhead lighting, the place still has the same charm as I remembered from my childhood and the food is better then I remembered. Partly due to my more mature food pallet. But it's a nice and simple place for friends to meet or a place to break the ice.

There's a DELICIOUS and HUMONGOUS "Secret?" Lunch Special at Bertucci's. It's until 3pm. 2 Topping Personal Pizza plus a Salad for Cheaper than lunch at Panera or maybe even McDonald's at this point!! Bertucci's Pizza has always been a fave but we really only went there to pick up a large Pizza TO GO on the way home from Work in Boston. Fast Forward to after COVID and we weren't driving home any more. Headed over to Derby to go to REI & needed Food. We decided to try Bertucci's for lunch. We thought we'd split a pizza until we saw this great Lunch Deal. The Salad is pretty big for a side (I had Caesar ) and The personal pizza is large enough that I bring home 2 pieces minimum. We have now been 3 times in the last 6-8 weeks. Always GREAT. Who doesn't love their Rolls & Olive Oil Dip? All of that for about $30. The Service is ALWAYS GOOD. Every. Single. Time.

Pizza should be a bit more crispy, the lettuce was not the freshest. Not your fault, the children next to us were throwing food & the parents didn't stop them. I don't think the waiter ever spoke.
