What has happened over the last year??? We have purchased 6 cars and have had all our vehicles serviced at Best Chevy for over 29 years until today. My husband had an appointment brought his car in for a job and they kept the car for 3 days. They didn’t even look at it for 2 and never called us. We had to keep calling them. Today I called to see if they could look at my brakes. They wanted to give me an appointment for the next day but wouldn’t guarantee it would be looked at. WHY would I make an appointment if they can’t look at it?? What’s worse is their attitude they don’t care that they just lost a loyal customer for over 20 years. I am a Chevy person but I will NEVER buy or use Best again! They are now the WORST in my book!!! Beware people!!

Worst service department in the South Shore. They continue to give me the runaround with my truck that is under warranty. Instead of fixing the issue, they delete the check engine light in hopes that I don’t come back when it pops up a week later. A manager pretending to have bad service on a landline phone when I call to schedule an appointment. Pretending there is no loaner vehicles so i cancle my appointments. Lying by saying the issue is fixed and handing me fake paperwork is a crime. About time this service department gets what they deserve. 5 stars? Not a chance

I have to do a business with these people for over 7 years services that they performed. Has a black,owned business myself, for they sent me a no trespass warrant for no reason of company are dealing with.Purchase over $150,000 worth of cars over the years and has a customer I violated when I received the snow trespass warrant in the mail and also certified that a copy is going to be sent to the Hingham police department. On top of it they are now acting like I'm some type of criminal criminal. I have to put my family and my business in jeopardy for not properly fixing my vehicle.

I will never go back to this dealership again. I schedule maintenance services on my Silverado with the service department. They informed me when I dropped my car off that they were backed up multiple days and couldn't guarantee when my service would be complete. I knew going in it would be longer than I'd hoped. After a week, I picked my truck back up. The entire truck smells like cigarettes, and now has a check engine light on the dash. Their service department is impossible to get in contact with. I also asked their sales team to inspect my truck for a trade-in, and that I wanted to look at a new truck when I picked it up. After five days I received no reply outside of multiple sales agents sending me generic automated emails. I replied to each, only to continue receiving automated (new) emails. Nothing but problems. I now have to figure out where else to take my truck to fix their mistakes, as well as remove the smell of cigarettes from my truck. I will go literally anywhere else moving forward.

Called in for appointment for a 2:00 service oil change & tire rotation the day before i told them i need to get in and out Lunch break I sat down in waiting room and the service writer came out and told me 2 hours Realy no thanks last time using them this has happened twice before

Although I have bought from Best in the past, my new Chevy was purchased at another dealership (reviewed elsewhere) due to availability, I have used Best Chevrolet for service, warranty and otherwise for my GM vehicles since 1998. I brought my new ride in a day earlier than scheduled (a bad wheel bearing hub, getting noisier by the mile). Elijah, the service manager kept me in the loop, having the vehicle ready early the next morning.The waiting area coffee isn't bad, either.

Received some of best customer service from guiseppe on Saturday went out of his way to take care of me on short notice been a few years since I've been to best, long time customer that soured on the service and service advisers I left a bad review at the time , so it's only fair I write now it's employees like guiseppe that keep people coming back AAA plus

Great experience, as soon as I stepped out of my car they were there told me what to do and had me done in so fast. I've never had a bad experience at Best Chevy I would recomend them highly to everyone.

I had an amazing experience here for a minor repair. The receptionist and service manager Ed were fantastic. I ran over a high curb and my bumper came loose. It was an embarrassing repair and situation to explain but they were very friendly and fixed the bumper right on the spot and didn't charge me for it. I highly recommend them and would certainly go back again.

Had my car towed in for service here, waited around all day until I had to call for an update. The starter needed to be replaced they knew this for a good part of the day yet didn't text or call me . They said they washed my vehicle which was very dirty when I dropped it off, but it was still very dirty with the same marks still on it, then failed to fill my tires up during the four point inspection of the vehicle so my tire sensor dash light would go out. I will not be returning to this dealership due to the lack of attention to detail and rude staff.
