Great service. They coordinated with both the insurance company on my claim and the rental car company, which made the whole process very straightforward and easy. Further, they did an excellent job on the repairs.

Overall I had an exceptional experience with Best Chevrolet Collision. They exceeded my expectations! I brought my 2016 Chevrolet Impala in for an insurance claim, a front end collision repair as a result of an automobile accident. I arrived at my appointed time, and they were ready for me. Jen, the point person with whom I dealt mainly, handled my intake quickly and she went out to the car with me give me a quick idea of what was involved and a ballpark cost. They sent me a timely official estimate and the time frame that it would take. And they stayed within that time frame and the estimate was spot on. As this was an insurance claim, insurer would only allow for aftermarket or like kind and Quality Parts, Jen told me that they would only use Chevrolet OEM parts. Jen called me on the day that the car was done, and I came in the next business day to pick up the car. All the paperwork was done. I gave her my car rental keys and she gave me my car key. I went to my car and I discovered that they had completely detailed it as well! I highly recommend Best Collision for your automobile collision repair work!

My car had scratches and a dent on both sides. It now looks brand new and detailed the inside of the car as well. I’m so pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the beautiful job done!

Granted, my car was in their shop for a few weeks, it’s basically brand new and difficult to get parts at this point. However overall my experience was painless. When my rental Insurance ran out I was provided with a loner and the whole experience was pretty seamless.

Jen and the crew at best collision are the best they all are so easy to deal with and always keep you updated on your car they have done both my wife’s and I cars and they did a phenomenal job each time and always go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect and looking like it came off the showroom floor
