The owner was incredibly cruel to my elderly mother. My mother left the store in tears. I am so disappointed by the way she was treated. Kindness always matters. I have told my family and friends to avoid this store.

I have been a customer at Carolann's for decades, but was very disappointed in my visit today. First, the prices have really increased. I found one simple baby's tshirt that was $25. Dresses and outfits were in the $40-$50 range -- for infants. However, the inventory is still super cute and since we were looking for an off-season outfit we got a nice one at a reasonable price. When my husband brought it to the counter, he asked if it could be gift wrapped. This was something Carolann's always did; nothing fancy but some nice tissue and ribbons (they used to have cute boxes but those left years ago). They told my husband there was a $2 charge. When he declined, they removed the hanger and stuffed the outfit in a brown bag -- no tissue or anything. I mean even Marshall's will give you tissue. Very disappointed; will have to find a new store for my baby gifts going forward.
