After initially being frustrated to get someone in the office to answer the phone, once I did get through, the service they provided was excellent and would highly recommend leaving a message or making an appointment and they will get back to you.

Opening a account for my daughter, I live in Brockton and outside of Boston, this one of the closest offices near me. Upon opening the account, had problems confirming the account and investment strategy and time of automatic withdrawal.About a week to clarify with office and online account. Was contacted by customer service manager about my issues. So they do have follow up.

I have been with Schwab for years and find their customer service to be top notch. I've always had a pleasurable experience at the Hingham location. I'm a client for life!

Extremely helpful, their checking accounts are great for anyone who does not want to pay fees. Perfect for travelling abroad too as even the currency conversion fees are returned to the client at the end of the month. I asked why they do this and they said that they want to encourage people from all over the world to open accounts with them.
The only inconvenient part is that they do not take cash, so you have to deposit your money with a check or money order. Other than that I highly recommend this bank.
