Phenomenal customer service! Drove here from Orleans to cash a check and the process was nothing but easy! The teller was super friendly & the bank smelled amazing.

Refused to deposit a check directly from the TREASURY. Reported it as fraud, and demanded a DEAD person sign the check, someone who has been DEAD for OVER 14 YEARS. Even after speaking with an employee from the Treasury they rebutted with, "This isn't a valid phone call, we have to call you, and your phone number isn't in our database so we won't be calling you." Hung up multiple times, locked checking account, and refused to deposit the check. After threatening a lawsuit and a 5 hour phone call, they finally released the check. Every employee at this branch is an INCOMPETENT IDIOT.

STAY AWAY from this bank! I have been dealing with Chase bank for the past two years and this specific branch for the past year. My experience with this bank and branch, overall, has been terrible and stressful. Aside from the fact they they make things extremely difficult they have made mistakes with my account and have very poor follow through.1. I met with a bank representative in person for at least an hour to sort out POA and joint account owners. I submitted all of my paperwork and was told I would get an email or call within the next few days to confirm that everything went through. I NEVER heard back and found out later that this person was fired because there were other issues with him. I only found this out because I had to return to the bank and track down why I hadn’t heard back from them. This was WEEKS later.2. I went through this ENTIRE process again with a MANAGER. Resubmitted all of the paperwork. Spent close to 2 hours sorting through and signing paperwork. I did get confirmation that everything went through but when I needed to submit records to insurance and my lawyers, a few month later, I met with the bank rep and I saw on the paperwork that the names were entered incorrectly. I then needed to meet with another manager, again, to correct this. Additionally, I asked to review the original paperwork that I had signed so I could show them that there was an error on their part and they WOULD NOT provide me with those original documents. - KEEP YOUR OWN COPY OF EVERYTHING THAT YOU SIGN! -3. During the process of closing accounts due to the death of the owner and while in between back and forth trips to the bank to submit paperwork , one account went “missing” and the other showed a negative balance of a significant amount of money. When I asked the MANAGER to explain what the issue was, they were not able to tell me why the account appeared to be missing and why the other is showing a negative balance. Without having to provide even any personal information about the account, he was clueless as to why that could have even happened. — I left the bank without knowing where our money is, why an account is “missing”, and I have to wait at least one maybe two business days to hopefully get any answers.STAY AWAY! There are alot of other great banks in the area! Take your money elsewhere.

I have been trying to get a debit card for my son since November 13th of 2020. I have visited the branch and called on multiple occasions. I have 1 card that has his name mis-spelled and a statement that was redirected to us from an incorrect address that the bank is still using despite numerous requests and affirmations that the appropriate changes were made. I’m considering changing to a different bank, but obviously that is an additional inconvenience and huge hassle.

Can I give 0 stars? I came here for a simple ATM withdrawal. The macine processed the transaction, debited my account but did not dispense cash. I went into the bank to ask for help and the greeter was fabulous. But the person who was supposed to help informed me that the macine is administered by another company and I would have to take it up with them . "You can just go to the bank of america machine around the corner." What an entitled and horrible response! That I can just go make another $300 withdrawal while I wait for this to sort out "whenever they come to service the machine, but probably not today." Its your branded ATM in your lobby...you can and should do more than tell me that I'm on my own because you outsouce to a vendor.

There is a relatively convenient location on the corner of Derby Street here however you feel like you are in a fishbowl not only are the chase workers looking at you through the windows but also the people on the outside looking in to see how much money you withdrawn from the ATM that is right next to the big glass and window but other than that everything is A-Okay I wasn't robbed so that's good as well

No one should patronize Chase Bank in any way until they stop financing business activities which destroy our climate and the world that we're leaving to our grandchildren. Chase is a prime offender - use them at your (and everyone else's) peril!
