The last two experiences, I have had at this bank were less than desirable customer service wise. The last time I went in was to get something notarized and I had signed the paper ahead of time. Instead of saying maybe email the copy of the document and we can do something the person said sorry I can’t and dismissed me.The actual two seconds it would of took to do that simple act would of changed my mind in the kindness of people.I will say that the branch in Norwell was more than pleased to help me, printed off the sheet, notarized it,and also answered my banking questions I had all in the same time.I have been a customer with citizens bank for awhile and will continue with the Norwell office for my banking needs. We all have off days but being kind and going above and beyond speaks volumes.

Takes FOREVER now after the renovations. Have 2 chairs. Got rid of regular counter. Waited 25 mins to cash a check with no one in front of me but 2 people sitting at the chairs

Arrogant teller, repeats "I'm part of the banking industry, you're not" when trying to ask about Citizens policies.. Avoid this place, plenty of other banks in the area.

Holy shoot. My mom came into my room to bring me a plate of chicken nuggets and I literally screamed at her and hit the plate of chicken nuggets out of her hand. She started yelling and swearing at me and I slammed the door on her. I'm so distressed right now I don't know what to do. I didn't mean to do that to my mom but I'm literally in shock from the results tonight. I feel like I'm going to explode. Why the fricking frick is he losing? This can't be happening. I'm having a fricking breakdown. I don't want to believe the world is so corrupt. I want a future to believe in. I want Bernie to be president and fix this broken country. I cannot fricking deal with this right now. It wasn't supposed to be like this, I thought he was polling well in New York????

This branch is really a great branch. Never had issues with tellers trying to push products or services on you. Seem to know their customers well.
