I shopped at Crate and Barrel at the Hingham location. Do ask for Kathie- she is amazing and has very good taste. She was very helpful and attentive. I bought vase, center piece, faux plant with a pot, pillows, table lamp , coffee table for my place. It was a much needed purchase ☺️

Alvarez Wool Hand-Tufted Garden Multicolor Area Rug
Our multicolored garden area rug works perfectly with our couch, walls, floor and fireplace, just so special. The colors are strong and faded with a high quality texture that feels firm and soft for your feet, so pleasing. We also bought 2 samples of the same rug for our 2 cats, now their favorite napping spot. The Hingham sales team were excellent over the phone as well as in store, no surprises on delivery timing, discounts or final sale price, always 5 Star customer service.

Our couch was purchased in April. It's now June. I have called several times to report that it is designed poorly and impossible to sit on comfortably. My complaints fall on deaf ears. I'm very disappointed with Crate & Barrel. I'm a retired nurse and I was so looking forward to enjoying this. I remember when the customer was always right. Now, they don't want to hear it. Very sad. Is the #CEO aware that people are treated this way? Imagine if I had treated my patients in the hospital this way?

I chose curbside pickup because I am handicapped. After letting the store know that I had arrived, I waited over 20 minutes and noone came out to my car. I finally called and asked about my order. They didn’t know anything and put me on hold and then came back and said that it would be right out. When a gentleman brought it out to me, I asked him if I should be doing anything else so not to wait for over 20 minutes. He became very angry and complained that only one person was working in the back and couldn’t watch the curbside orders. Not ordering from this company again. I understand that stores are understaffed but I asked a general question and received anger in return and he was not nice at all. No customer service at all. Didn’t thank me and gave me a ripped bag that I couldn’t use because of my handicap.

Lots of Big Smiles at Derby mall Crate and Barrel. When I entered I was greeted by Gretchen with big smile. Really nice start of my shopping tour. This store is always a Dream for me,. It was such a pleasant shopping experience! Alex greeted us when we walked in the store and immediately helped us find what we needed for our friend’s wedding registry. He even helped us find the ideal espresso machine for our happy home. Laura at the check out was preparing our gifts in tandem with Alex which was a perfect example of teamwork and top notch customer service. We will be back!
