This rating is solely for Willy . He has provided me with the best service possible. He has always been unbelievably fabulous and has never disappointed. However, the service that I have received in regards to production/cleaning of my garments has been less than satisfactory. On multiple occasions, my clothes have been either lost or damaged. High end garments! To put it bluntly, Willy is the sole reason that I continued to use their services . If the cleaning staff took as much care as Willy has of me, you would have had a lifetime customer .
