Great local bank. Friendly, helpful, personalized service. Everyone knows who I am in person and on the phone (even though they have not seen me in a year because of social distancing). Had the Vice President of the bank meet me about a mortgage, even though it was not a large loan. I also have my main credit card through them and I am happy with it. Online banking for personal accounts is great. Online banking for business banking needs significant improvement. You (and they) can only print out monthly statements, so it is hard to produce needed documents, for instance proving deposits without expenses showing.
