“When you need a flag, Eagle Flag of America is who you go to! Great customer service. I called very last minute and the sales associate patiently talked me through the process of ordering the correct size and accessories needed to hang it. They also make custom flags and have a wide assortment of American and flags of other nations.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service again and again. I have been a regular at this store for about 2 years now and will continue to provide them with my business for as long as I can. An absolutely wonderful family friendly store, that serves as a great place for community building through their in store events. Their prices are fair for a small business and they have on several occasions helped me when I had a minor problem with my purchase.”

“The store manager Jen atstore number 821 went above and beyond this evening with a return. She investigated without a receipt and came back after closing time to rectify the situation. I am incredibly grateful for her time. It required the cashier at the register to wait and the people who normally facilitate with closing to wait as well. They all did this with a smile. Really appreciate the service I received.”

“I've had an overall great experience at the battlegrounds in Abington the staff. There are wonderful easy to talk to An overall great community environment. I did a bit of my Christmas shopping. There was able to pick up six to seven items for all of my Christmas needs and was easily able to get things transferred to the shop from their other locations.”

“Thank you Jillian for taking care of me with stellar customer service, kindness and patience! (And all the customers who waited patiently behind me as the returns were keyed one by one...) Apparently online order returns have to be keyed manually in-store ? Michaels, please fix your returns process so it doesn't have to be so painful for customer service and customers!”

“Michael's is a great store to shop at, especially the online deals they have but there never seems to be any workers around to help find anything. I suggest to order online and pick up in store.”
