The guy I had was awesome ! I needed a cover up for the beach n needed it for the next day so was in a bit of a panic but I was in and out pretty quickly actually and walked out with linen thin pants top and shorts - i am always helped by the workers that are on the floor so i enjoy shopping there !

Extremely rude the manage Lizia should never have a job in customer service. J crew should should be ashamed for having that manager along with the sales assoc. Kimberly. Zero customer service! Kimberly was so insulting to me and my friend with our body being image. We either put something on that was too small or my friends back was too wide. We were very uncomfortable.
I was shocked at how rude the manager was when trying to purchase an online item for $100. Pair of linen pants. She could not figure out how to purchase the pants online with my j crew card. Not my fault that jcrew has a system problem and the sales people could care less about making the sale.
I left without purchasing the item and they could wait until my friend$ I left.
I’ve spent so much money with crew through the years and it’s come to an end after today. We have never been treated like that at JCrew. I was looked down upon and embarrassed.

I have to say that this store has always CONSISTENTLY offered excellent service.Today, I was repeatedly asked by multiple staff if I needed help when I was browsing. Even though I just like to browse alone, I truly appreciate the effort that these staff members took to make sure that they were ready to help me. I also love how they make returns super easy. I dont make reviews often about store service, but this store really deserves it!!! BRAVO to whoever trains the staff!!!

In this mordant time Racism and Profiling is a Norm! I am disgusted and Disappointed! We already have to deal with life Battles! I was shocked that a return with a receipt can cause this nasty reaction! Ps. J. Crew life is about equality!

Sketchy return by associates. Returned two sweatshirts, had a receipt and the gift card the associate gave me didn't refund the full amount. Another time the associate randomly priced the item I was returning saying that it's on sale 60% when it was on sale for 50%.

Jcrew has the worst policies I’ve ever heard of in a retail store. I was gifted some thing that I was never going to wear and when I took it back to the store, they refused to exchange it. They said it was past 30 days and even if I had a receipt, they still wouldn’t exchange it. However, the associate asked me to provide a receipt even though she can do anything with it. I will never shop at J.Crew, and I suggest that you do the same because the people who work there are awful and heartless. They expressed no remorse over denying my exchange and I know Fawn, the manager, was overhearing the entire thing, and did nothing to step in. It was a terrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would’ve.

I want to thank Fawn (so sorry if I misspelt your name). She went above and beyond to make a situation that was less than stellar, right. Thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism and being genuine with relating to your customer (me) and going into action to correct the issue.Your job is not easy, especially during the holiday season, but I think you deserve a huge THANK YOU and shout out for being a strong leader and brand ambassador.
