Everything was perfect until I was checking out. NO OPEN REGISTERS. No person to ring me e out. What’s with this automation. Bring back the cashiers. I won’t ring myself out! Therefore I won’t be a patron of Kohl’s any longer

Large selection, good clearance. Store is organized and easy to locate items. The only problem I saw was only self checkout available. No cashier's.

I love the Kohl's @ Derby st in Hingham Mass. It's very organized and not cluttered and the sales people have always been available if needed,I love how they are out on the floor in different dept's so you do not have to go to customer service to ask a question and I also just found out you can pay your bill in store that's what sold me to get a credit card for them!!!

Place has gone down hill last few years I used to shop here at least once a week now not so much, gone is the jewelry counter bad move taking that out of the store and bringing Sephora in does not make any sense at all

The lady at the check out had the greatest personality and thank us so much, she was so pleasant and we loved her. The store was located in Hingham.I wish I knew her name but she adds a lot to your store.
