My husband has been waiting patiently for his power wheelchair. Was supposed to be here last week. Then I was told Monday, no one called, called today and now it’s Thursday, going away Thursday,if it’s not here by 12 PM we will be leaving without it. Have dealt with some very nice Reps, very nice and helpful, I know their hands are tied. Not happy!

I get my CPAP machine and supplies from Lincare it's been a great experience,they are quick to respond to any issues and always find a solution if have any an issue.

When I go into the office I always feel like I’m family! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable about everything. And whenever they bring my oxygen deliveries the gentleman is very friendly and he helps with any questions.

Ive had to wait weeks to have them pick up the equipment! Then when they made an appt to pick it up they never showed, and didn’t call, when l finally had to call l was given a proven false excuse. Now I’m again waiting a whole day for the pick up and then was told it would be within a 3 hour window! Interesting there was no problem dropping off the equipment! Disgusted with their service l hope l won’t need oxygen again but l will never use them that’s for sure!!!

Ive used them for years now tomorrow i need electric wheelchair replacement i checked out there products exactly ? percent what i need omg !!!! I just had to edit my 5 star commet if I could give them 6 I would ive been a patient atleast 15years for just my nebulizer machine and now the medication for it I've never ever had 1 problem attitude rudeness unresolved issue never ever I don't understand why patients are giving 1 stars im not the only family member that uses Lincare and they have never had a problem tomorrow ill call Lincare and I can guarantee I'll get my new electric wheelchair as complicated as it is i know with ? percent I will not have a problem ?

I have been trying to order bipap supplies for a week. They keep transferring me to different departments. I updated my new insurance info on Monday 10/14. Called yesterday not verified yet it takes. 24 hrs. Today once again, 2 times disconnected. Last time 20 minutes on hold once again disconnected. They are horrible

This place is horrible and should be shut down. We scheduled to have my grandmother's equipment picked up weeks ago because we had to switch to hospice. They were scheduled to pick up the equipment this past Tuesday, they never called, never showed. We called them at 4pm to find out what was going on and they couldn't tell us. The lady on the phone said they would flag our message high priority, v when we asked what that meant she couldn't tell us. Well we're two days later, my grandmother has since passed and all the oxygen equipment is still laying around in the way. This company is despicable and should not be allowed to continue this business.

How many 1 stars does a company need before they understand what they are doing is not working? Took over 27 minutes for a person to answer the phone. Glad I wasn't waiting for oxygen or I'd be dead. We were told they'd pick up equipment. No call, no show, next to impossible to reach. A high priority call means what, I will get a call today? " I don't know." So I should call back tomorrow and wait 33 minutes for someone who can't answer my question? Shop elsewhere. These people don't want your business if they run a company in this manner. I grew up in Hingham when businesses were people oriented; clearly not the same caliber anymore.

ZERO stars should be allowed because that is what they deserve. The staff at Lincare in Hingham are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent from placing orders to delivered supplies, there is ALWAYS a problem. From wrong tanks delivered, no tubings delivered with tanks, never returning phone calls, arguing with customers on and on and on. From the beginning this company has caused unnecessary stress and aggravation. The attitudes of the staff shows a complete lack of compassion, empathy or anything positive for the client. This type of attitude and work ethic puts clients lives at risk. This place should be shut down. One of the 'excuses' was short staffing, well the world is short staffed but that is no excuse for shoddy service. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

Received a call Friday last that my nebulizer would be delivered the following Monday. I would be given a 2 hour window for delivery. I could expect a call to schedule the delivery between 10 and 11 AM.
Today is Wednesday and no call.
I attempted to call Lincare but after struggling with a computer voice who could not understand my name even when I spelled it very slowly. They obviously bought a moron computer.
I was eventually forwarded to a phone that was never answered but I did get to listen to an inane loop that repeated the same insipid message over and over again between the announcement that my call was very important. Obviously not so very important.
I repeated the foolish effort several times with the exact same result.
Still waiting 'patiently' for the promised call and the nebulizer that I have paid for.
