Best shopping experience in years. To a person the staff were so helpful in finding just the right fit and style (even on a busy Saturday afternoon). Cannot recommend this store highly enough!!

Mabel was a delight. She hunted around for the correct size sneaker I wanted and when she realized they were sold out she took initiative and gave me the store display pair. Mabel went over and above to help me. She is the epitome of what a sales person should be and Madewell is very lucky to have her.
