Working with the public can be difficult if you don't have a good attitude and aren't a happy to help you type. A problem solver. The Derby Shop location has very good help. I was looking to change a pair of running pants for a smaller size, they didn't have an xsmall in the store to the really nice young man took my return and had my size shipped to my house. Smiling and very helpful. He likes people and likes his job.”

I walked in to get a couple of suits for a family funeral and Caroline helped me get exactly what I needed, and even suggested expedited processing, which was greatly appreciated. Since that time, I have gone back several times to get other things for my wardrobe with the help of Caroline. She is THE best!! I don't make a move for any new clothing, without consulting her first! I can't recommend Bonobos and Caroline enough! Wish I could give 10 stars!”
