“All the associates I've encountered in this Kohls are great! I placed an order online for in-store pickup, but there was no way to specify that I needed a gift receipt during the online checkout. The associate at the store (Melissa) took the time to look at various ways to print out a gift receipt and when it didn't seem like there was a way, she offered to return the items and buy them back (honoring my original coupons) and gave me the gift receipts I needed! It was really nice to have such a friendly and helpful sales associate especially during a time when retailers are extra busy!”
“Great store. The people who work here are GREAT. They're very helpful but not pushy. They green you and arr genuine. It's very noticeable they're in the right frame of mind for this type of job. Working with the public can be difficult if you don't have a good attitude and aren't a happy to help you type. A problem solver. The Derby Shop location has very good help. I was looking to change a pair of running pants for a smaller size, they didn't have an xsmall in the store to the really nice young man took my return and had my size shipped to my house. Smiling and very helpful. He likes people and likes his job.”

I walked in to get a couple of suits for a family funeral and Caroline helped me get exactly what I needed, and even suggested expedited processing, which was greatly appreciated. Since that time, I have gone back several times to get other things for my wardrobe with the help of Caroline. She is THE best!! I don't make a move for any new clothing, without consulting her first! I can't recommend Bonobos and Caroline enough! Wish I could give 10 stars!”
