I have been to Nail Flair several times and received sub-par service each time. In all fairness, I didn't request a specific technician each time, but this last time, right before the holidays I had a technician who simply didn't care to take the time to provide a quality, lasting gel manicure to her clients. I came in with relatively short, clean nails, with no polish on them so no removal was necessary. She hardly worked on my cuticles or my nail base so that 5 days after the gel, 4 of my nails have begin peeling! I was out of the salon within 30 minutes of the appointment! Unheard of! I feel as though every time I arrive (even though I have been there multiple times!) I am always relegated to the trainee and the service is expensive and rushed. I'm done with Nail Flair. Will find a salon that is happy to take the time to provide a good base prep so that the nails last for more than 5 days!!!

I moved to this area almost a year ago and I have been bouncing around trying to find a good place for my pedicures. Finally I found the perfect spot. Every aspect is just right...the price is totally fair, the work is perfect, the cleanliness and professionalism, and the people are so nice. They are even open on Sundays for appointments.

I have gotten my nails done here for four years. I am very particular about quality and cleanliness and find Nails Flair exceeds my standards. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. They only accept cash which keeps their operating costs lower than the big chain operations. I highly recommend.Services: Manicure

I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told that the owner needed a cigarette break which lasted 15-20 minutes! How unprofessional and rude! They recently almost doubled their prices and don’t honor the appointment times!Services: Manicure
