We had a wonderful experience! Tim took the time to explain everything to us; diamond information, the process of creating a ring, possible options within our budget, etc. All the information was explained in a way that anyone would understand. Tim truly made the experience so enjoyable and personable as you can tell he genuinely loves his craft. I couldn’t be more in love with my ring. I HIGHLY recommend!

I decided to upgrade my wedding ring for a milestone anniversary. After doing a little research and reading many reviews, decided to visit this jeweler. I had already read positive reviews (specifically about Tim), so when I went in for the first time was excited to discover that Tim would be working with me. I had no idea what I wanted, but tried on a couple of rings and that helped me determine which route to go. From there I did a lot of on-line research to narrow down what I liked/didn't like while Tim worked on finding the right diamond. I worked with Tim closely to explain what I wanted, and Tim was able to give good advice and steered me in the right direction. In all honesty, I was nervous when I finally went in to pick up my finished ring... what if it wasn't what I had pictured? I'm happy to say, that it more than exceeded my expectations. Couldn't be happier. Great service, and Tim was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

I bought my wife's wedding ring from Ken. He was extremely professional and kind. I walked in there not knowing anything about diamonds. He took time to explain everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. There was never any pressure to buy right now. He also gave me a very fair value for an item I had to trade in. I highly recommend Ken, Tim and the team if your looking for a no hassle jeweler.

We had an excellent experience at New England Jewelry with Tim. From the moment we walked in we were very impressed by the customer service. Tim took the time to thoroughly explain the process of choosing a loose diamond and working with my fiancé and I to design the perfect ring for us. He took the time to learn about our our personalities and offer his expertise for a ring shape and quality that would be beautiful and flattering. You'd be a fool not to stop by and take a look at the merchandise in this store. Forget any run of the mill Mall store you'll never be treated with more kindness and consideration when looking for something special for someone special!

What a great experience I had working with Ken and the team at New England Jewelry. Ken was so helpful and knowledgeable about the diamonds and settings. I went to New England Jewelry to have my two diamond rings soldered together. When Ken informed me what I thought were diamonds were glass I wanted them replaced with good-quality diamonds. Ken was so accommodating and reassuring I knew I could trust his judgment in the perfect diamonds for my ring. I am so happy with the choice Ken made for the diamonds. It was more than I could imagine. He did an outstanding job and it was over and beyond what I was expecting. Tim and Ken are the absolute BEST. I knew Tim from past experience at New England Jewelry, and he provides incredible customer service and truly knows his stuff. Because of such a positive interaction with Tim, I brought my great grandmother’s antique wedding ring in to get fixed and restored last month (a previous jeweler did not do a good job, to put it nicely, restoring it after promising me they could absolutely without a doubt get it back to how it was…that’s a story for another day). When speaking to Ken who does all of the restorations, he pointed out the damage in the ring, what the previous jeweler did wrong that couldn’t be reversed, and I was so upset. BUT Ken assured me that he had knowledge that most jewelers don’t have in this day and age, and he assured me he could fix it to the best of his ability but given what the other jeweler did he likely couldn’t restore it 100%. Well, he called me personally to tell me the ring was ready and he shared with me how he was able to restore it back to the way it was and he said “this is what the ring looked like when your great grandmother wore it.” I was in shock. In awe. Over the moon happy! He fixed every area that was damaged and restored it back to its original state without compromising any intricate detail of the ring. It is back to being the gorgeous ring my great grandmother and grandmother both wore in their living years. I will forever be grateful.♥️

I cannot say enough about the team at New England Jewelry, especially Tim, who worked closely with me to design a new wedding set. We kept the original stone that was my grandmothers and together we created the most stunning rings. I really give him most of the credit because he was able to go from an idea to the most beautiful final product. From our first meeting until the rings were on my hand Tim was patient, kind, and really listened to what I was looking for and created it perfectly. I have no doubt in my mind we will be back with other jewelry needs. So grateful this "last minute" stop turned into an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Stopped in today as a first time client & Tim simply couldn't have been more helpful!!! So glad I stopped in, he helped me pick out some awesome pieces for my mother & helped me stay under my budget too! Then when checking out, he and his coworker wrapped the pieces in gorgeous wrapping paper & ribbon. There were SO many options for how to have it wrapped I was so impressed by that! Awesome staff, awesome selection, great prices.. I'll definitely be shopping with them again!

If you ever need an engagement ring you have to visit Tim at New England Jewelry in Hingham. Tim made the process easy, fun, and knowledgeable. He is an expert gemologist and teaches you about the stones in a way that is understandable to regular customers. He ordered my custom setting, and found me the exact stone that I was looking for at a very good price. I strongly suggest Tim for any of your engagement ring needs. He truly made the whole experience a joy and I will always remember how smooth the process was. My wife loves her ring and gets comments on it regularly. We have used the team at New England Jewelry for everything! They've done repairs on the simple like watches to antique family items but also the big gifts like wedding and baptism. The most fun has been when they did a custom designed emerald and diamond ring for our mom's 65th birthday. The team is so great. They really listen to what you are looking for and create such wonderful, timeless pieces. We now live out of state and still travel back to always work with them including now for our wedding bands.
