In short, this moving company did an amazing job! Mike was very professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. Every question I asked before the move was answered clearly and promptly.
The day of the move happened to be rainy, so I suggested starting early to avoid any inconvenience. The three-member crew arrived right on time, just as agreed, and efficiently loaded all my belongings from a three-bedroom house in only about an hour and a half. They were very respectful, careful with everything, and worked seamlessly as a team.
For the unloading, the crew had to drive about 6–7 hours to the destination, and despite heavy traffic, they kept me updated on any delays. The two movers who handled the unloading were just as professional and efficient. They even assembled all my furniture perfectly.
I’m extremely happy with the service I received, everything went smoothly, and there were zero issues or damages. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers.

Absolutely not recommended! This company is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We needed to move a piano out of the house before Thanksgiving since we are hosting, so we called them FOUR WEEKS in advance to schedule a Friday service. First, they postponed the move last-minute to the following Friday. Then, they rescheduled again to the Tuesday right before Thanksgiving, adding even more stress. When we called on Monday to confirm, they dodged our calls for hours before finally admitting—late that evening—that they don’t even move pianos! No apology, no effort to fix their mistake, nothing. They wasted weeks of our time and left us scrambling to find another solution. Do not trust this company with any job, let alone something important!

They moved me on July 31. They had to move three rooms from my apartment, go down one street to move something from my relative's house, and bring them to my new apartment, two streets down from there! Despite how hot it was that day and their having to move everything from a third floor and up ten floors! They never complained! Thanks guys!!!!

I would not recommend using this company. They over promise and under deliver.
First of all they arrived late with 1 person short. I spoke with Mike who did the booking and said he will send 4 guys but only 3 showed up.
They were also supposed to bring 10 wardrobe boxes which they forgot. Then they sent one of the guys to bring wardrobe boxes but he only got 8. One of the guys was constantly talking to someone on his phone through AirPods.
In the end they could not even fit everything in the truck they brought. I had to borrow a friend's SUV the next day to bring the remaining items. Overall a very bad experience.

I came from out of state & hired Round the Clock to help unload. Clayton & Decory came on time & were great. They were experienced & worked their butts off. As an owner of a moving company, I'm not easy to impress. I was very impressed. Thank you .

Mike in the office was very helpful via phone and text. He helped before the move and on the day of the move. The two movers were great. They worked very hard and were careful.

Angel & Clinton were polite, friendly and hard working. I do believe they would have completed the job sooner, if they had stayed off their phones. The job took 9 hours. That was disappointing. They were also an hour late.

Used these guys around the new year - all went well until the next day I realized they had taken some of my moving materials (they had some and I had some). I asked for them to return or replace the items multiple times. I believe it was 2x calls 2x voicemails and 4x texts since January. Nothing back yet, hoping they will respond to this and return my property. Thank you!
UPDATE: Its almost July and I have still heard nothing from them. Wanted to update.

I was very pleased with Round The Clock Moving Company. They confirmed my appointment and gave me a call ahead to say they were on their way. Mac and Matt were pleasant and helpful . They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
