“this place is nice but not particularly special. It’s essentially a polished collection of chains you can find in many upscale suburban centers across the country—nothing truly unique or local beyond a few spots. Prices are what you’d expect: premium. On weekends or holidays, it gets crowded, parking becomes a frustrating hunt (lots fill up fast despite the size), and traffic getting in/out along Route 3A can be a pain. Since it’s mostly outdoors, rain or cold turns it into a quick dash between stores rather than a leisurely stroll. Yelp averages around 3.8/5, which feels accurate—people generally like it, but complaints about crowds, parking, and cost are common.
It’s pet-friendly and hosts occasional events (like summer concerts or holiday stuff), which adds some charm. Great if you live nearby and need to knock out errands or grab a meal without driving into Boston. But if you’re seeking quirky independent shops or a standout experience, you’ll probably find it pleasant yet forgettable.

“Market Basket has a great selection--they never run out of anything. Immaculate environment. Tons of busy employees, every register is always open and no self-serve! Bakery and hot takeout food is excellent. And the prices can't be beat!”

“The plaza has plenty of parking lots. It has a 99 Ranch Market (Asian Market) , Ming Seafood restaurant ( Dim Sum, Chinese food), Anytime fitness, and Advance Auto Part”
“Nice mall. All storefronts have been renovated, and some stores had their inside renovated as well. There is also a new restaurant there as of this summer. " Tavern in the square " it is called.”
“I'm having a difficult time getting my meds replaced. So I called Walgreens in Quincy. My prescription was ready in 4 hours. Walgreens in North Conway couldn't fill my after a week.”
“I visited the Mass Bay Credit Union located in the Galleria plaza. Difficult to find street parking which mostly forces you to go in parking garage which is not always convenient. Garage is good if your spending time in the area, but, an in and out, it would be nice to have 15 min parking in this area.”

“I came to this Old Navy location on a Monday morning with my three year old. I felt compelled to write a review because I couldn't believe how nice all of the employees were!! First, I called to make sure they were open, and the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly. Then, in the store, we had the same experience with all of the other employees we encountered! Such a difference from experiences in most stores these days. Oh, and also, the store was immaculate and there was a huge selection.”

“Can't believe there is a Starbucks in this building. I ordered a Frappuccino. You figured with all the people working there I would get it quicker then the one I go to with 2/3 people working. NOPE...all sat talking for a min and taking online orders it took 14mins to make my drink. If I didn't pay yet I would have left. I will give them another chance. Only due to the fact the one IN hanover closed...?”
