Some of your staff members, including managers are rude to customers. They really seem angry. Very snotty. It’s almost like they don’t want you in their store. You are an inconvenience. I really try to just order my things online. It’s that bad…..especially for your regular customers. I’ve been shopping at talbots since the 1980s.

Visit this store in Glen Mills, PA nobody greeted me or attempted to help me. I’m a black 61 year old female. Staff totally ignore me. Don’t go to this racist store.
