“I had no idea there was a Penske rental tucked away in the recesses of Home Depot's customer service desk, but it is! $20 to rent a 12ft box truck for a full 24 hrs (UHaul caps you at 4hrs for the same price), plus $0.80/mile. The fleet is fairly new, bright yellow as a beacon on the interstate saying "Yo, I have no idea how to drive this thing. Steer clear!" and the engines are fairly fuel efficient. Super easy to reserve online, but the actual check-out process when you arrive is a bit on the slow side (could be the individual I worked with, so I digress). No hidden fees or anything, and I was overall really impressed with how smoothly I could get a three ton vehicle and drive it on a road.”

“Friendly staff, brand new equipment, 24hr pick up and drop off. Was safely able to leave my car there overnight during a local rental.My only suggestion is to tell customers in advance where the key drop is after hours. I and another customer were both looking for the drop box for 15-20 mins before finding it. There is a photo of a drop box that must be stock photography used in the check in process that makes finding it very confusing. For those looking... It's mounted on the shed building to the left of the equipment return area, it is not near the main building.”
