DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want an apathetic jerk to mess with your account. I came in for a new phone, and was told I’d pay only $30 once and then $21 recurring … my bill went up $271!!!! Not to mention he disabled my mom’s SIM card (we’re on the same account) she wasn’t in store and had NOTHING to do with my new phone. I called and said why did that happen?! He said “I don’t know, nothing I can do” - that’s the “asst mgr”. I’ve dealt with him a couple times and he’s HORRIBLE. He threw his new colleague under the bus by saying he’s new and doesn’t know what he’s doing, but that’s on the asst mgr for not training him well. Completely berated him in front of me, just a horrible person and will NEVER go back there, ever.

I had the best experience at Verizon Victra at 400 Lincoln Street ,Hingham Mass.. I worked with manager Justin Riordan. He was the the absolute best! He explained everything thoroughly to me. He's the reason I bought my phone. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very HONEST unlike the majority of the people I've dealt with in the past. I will refer all my friends and family to come here. Thank you so much Justin! If I could give more stars I'd give at least 20 or more. You're very lucky to have him!!!

I went to the Verizon store for a new phone. Paul was awsome!
My son went with me later to sign up for fios. we had a lot of trouble with the fios and Paul spent a lot of time helping us while also helping other customers. I don't see this type of wonderful customer service any more. He was polite, professional, and customer oriented. I also watched his wonderful customer service to everyone else in the store.
