Buyer beware.. NOT Verizon. and simply a middle man in it for profit. Switched over from AT&T...Victra charges a 19.99 "start up" charge..and never discloses that Verizon will charge you 35 for each line when you leave. So plan on 55 bucks just in fees for each line you want. Also, was quoted what it would be monthly if I trade in my old phones and the number Verizon charged me was almost DOUBLE. And this is BEFORE you factor in all the fees. Spent literally hours on the phone getting it sorted because Victra is only really partnered with Verizon for selling you the goods..then you are on your own.The plan I walked out with had my first phone line cost me over 85.00 dollars a month and other lines were going to be 60 each!! That is what Nick signed me up for...and because I signed "the receipt" for my phones...I am on the hook for the money. Oh and it has not even been a full month but I still owe it! This is my first ever negative review and I hope my last. I have never, honestly NEVER, had such a horrible experience spending so much money in my life. Go to Verizon directly.

The sole employee/manager was wonderful, very professional and obviously overworked. This company obviously does not value its workers. He was excellent, very professional and took care of 3 customers simultaneously. I was amazed at his skill and competency.

I’ve been going here for years. Always a good experience. Today we had some bizarre bug on a new phone that required 7 layers of double secret central office customer service to fix. Joshua was super helpful and patient.

My new phone was not activated for 48 hours due to errors made at this store that I spent 8 hours trying to resolve on the phone with Verizon. Voicemail on new phone was not activated for 8 days until I discovered it hadn't been activated. I am unable to return my old phone because Verizon will not issue me a return label for it because they cannot find the final payment on my old phone which I made at the store and was processed on site by the store manager.

I’ve literally tried 3 times to get a new phone here. First time was told to go to Apple Store. Second time ‘out to lunch’ sign on door at 2:30 pm, third time waited 45minutes for the child working there to tell me to come back in an hour because he spent all that time with another customer and didn’t even acknowledge me. Worst experience in 20 years with Verizon. Tighten it up people, I understand everyone is understaffed but to be treated so rudely and condescendingly is unacceptable. I pay a lot of money a month for this treatment. Zero stars if I could.
