What I appreciate most is Dr. Johnsons patience in answering all of my questions. Because of the great staff here, Khai is stable and comfortable. “The front desk staff, the vet tech, and the vet were friendly and kind. When I called to book the initial appointment, whoever I talked to at the front desk specifically scheduled me with a vet who is great with cats and the appointment was only a couple of weeks out. The whole facility is clean, bright, and cheery. The vet and vet tech were wonderful with my very nervous cats. They gave a lot of great tips, were nonjudgemental, and any treatments were very well explained and I was not pushed to do anything right away. Would highly recommend!”
