I don't recommend they will raise the prices they're closed half the week so there's no security watching your stuff majority of the time .the facility is not clean so if you do use it and try not to have it in there for too long

Run dont rent here! We rented a unit because we are selling our house. Our closing date is 9/6. We make our payment for the month on the 3rd. I let them know last week when our closing date was and asked about prorating the unit and she immediately said they dont do that and I have to pay the whole month. $289.00!! I asked why, she was very rude and dismissive and said its the policy and there was no way around it. I said thats insane even if it was a half month fine , but I have to pay the whole month for 3 days she said yes. She was unapologetically rude and smug and happy to deliver this news. I called cube smart when I got home and they said that yes it was the policy, but the store manager can waive that and prorate, I advised that was the store manager I was speaking to and she didnt mention that at all and flat out said no. The customer service rep said said that it is up to her and they cant over ride decision. Like I said I could understand If I was going to be there 3 weeks, but to charge me a full month if Im going to be there 3 days is reprehensible and it is robbery. Hopefully someone will see this and it will change their mind about renting a unit from these people, who are obviously miserable and just want other people to be as well.

Drenda was amazing she's a sweetheart, i look forward to seeing her when i go there, she knows what she's doing she got me in and out as quick as possible with the right size Cube that I wanted it's easy accessible drive up it's easy to drive through it's not too crowded

We are currently in the process of selling our home which will probably take some months. We have been checking local self service places to get a feel for cost size etc. We stopped at Cubesmart in Holbrook ma. drenda greeted us and went over what was offered and how we would need to use it. Her understanding of our need where the best. We returned to rent unit she gave us tips on how best to store and overall access,locking etc. While dropping off first load she came by to make sure we were all set. Her professional and friendly personality led us to choose Cubesmart and would recommend it to others. Thank you Dave and Ginny Sarney

Honestly one the location, realy good price for a big storage unit, it was very easy I reserved it online next day called outta work boom standing in the unit by 2 in the afternoon. Big shout out to Dreida she helpd me out huge I highly recommend this 100%

We had to get a couple units, last minute, and the process was very smooth. The units were clean, dry, and available immediately. We spoke a few times with the manager and she was great! She was very kind, understanding, and extremely helpful!
