Look folks make sure you look at the pump when you ask for gad sometimes it is busy and did it ever accurate that the attendant is busy because peeps get out of car and not wait instead you get ixwas here first and I'll be late for apointments...cmon folks wake up pay att and don't rush the person.....go to bingo or get a hobby...these folks work hard all year round......sometimes 13 hours a day....so pl dont judge peeps just because u think u don't get gas..that's on you besides the attendant gave you back the money I'm sure he she did not mean no harm takes common courtesy to wait til he is fin w other things 5 min..and not hurry up to go kill someone just because u could not HURRY UP AND WAIT put that on Facebook dummies nothing else better ti fo w your time

Unbelievably incompetent staff, or there’s something more devious going on here.
They charged me for the previous customer’s gas and gave me the receipt. When I turned my car back on and saw a still-empty tank, I alerted the attendant, who told me to turn my car off and wait a few minutes for my car to notice the gas in it. I waited as requested, gas meter was still on empty, so I confronted the attendant who told me something must have been wrong with my car. I pointed out the timestamp on the receipt, which was before I had arrived, and that I must have been charged someone else’s gas, and the attendant said “oh that happens sometimes. old machines.” and finally put gas in my car. I suspect this happens often, given the unbothered attitude from the attendant.

The attendant is just awful! I waited for him for over 7 minutes with only 2 cars there. I pulled over across the road and got service right away!

Was charged $25 on my debit card when I asked for $20 and got $20. Didn't notice till next day on my account. Receipt you couldn't even read due to ink. Brought to the attention of the owner couple days later (I wasn't looking for the money) just wanted to make him aware of receipt and over charge. Instead of trying to make it right he was blaming me for not bringing it to attendants attention right then and there (I didn't notice till next day) and on attendant for crappy receipt. Owner is rude and deflective and treats his attendants like crap. Likes to blame everyone but not take accountability for his lousy disposition. Stay away from EJ's go to SALs or anywhere else, not worth saving a couple of cents. Now I see why SAL's always has a line.

I stopped at EJ’s for gas for the first time yesterday, and I will never be back. The man who was pumping gas (this is a full-service station) was incredibly rude. He first barked at us because the pump that we were at apparently was not working, although there was no sign to indicate that or cone blocking the pump. Then, he basically threw the credit card receipt and pen at us and told us to sign. He just walked away at the end of the transaction and started to yell at another customer. There are plenty of inexpensive gas stations in Holbrook, so I certainly will not give this one my business again.

Never going back! Attendant is rude and should never be in customer service. I have been going here for years, not anymore. Previous attendant was a great guy very sweet. I even tipped him!

service attendant was very rude. yelling on the top of his lungs because he thought I was gonna hit his pump. I have mirrors and a back up camera. he was at other set of pumps. attitude was not a nice thing. asked him if there was a problem , he was just rude. Ive been going here for years and never encountered this. I went across street to Sals. I guess he yells a lot. and continued to yell while I got gas. class act right there. I suggest everyone go to Sals, great attendant!!

I have gone here for many years and the gas attendant has always been pleasant. Might be a bad day for the attendant, happens to all of us or it might be how you treat them and they respond in kind. I don't know, I have never experienced it nor have I ever seen it happen to someone else.

The gas station at tenant the mechanics the people in general that are involved were confident EJ gasoline in Holbrook Massachusetts treat you like your royalty that's how you run a business in this pandemic and it's not over yet it will be around for the next 3 to 5 years we've all got to work together
