Town Line Collision did an amazing job when repairing my BMW. I was even able to get my car sooner than I expected. They were helpful when I had questions/concerns which definitely put my mind at ease when it came to fixing my car.

Town Line Collision did a fantastic job repairing our 2023 Lexus IS 350 F Sport that was in a hit and run. I learned of Townline Collision from my insurance company. I usually stay away from repair shops recommended by insurance company, because they tend to not deliver good result. After speakin with Mike, he walked me through the entire process and was even able to arrange a rental for me. I decided to give this shop a try. My condo’s plow guy damaged my car after a storm, essentially ripping off my gas tank cover, denting the top of the tank nozzle and scratching the paint in the area. As a preferred repair partner with my insurance company, Mike Murray and his team at Braintree Town Line Collision took care of me from start to finish. Mike examined the car, took an estimate, submitted it to insurance, ordered the part and made sure the repair was done as soon as possible (in less time than anticipated at that!). Mike also took the time make sure the rental company picked me up AND he took care of making sure it was returned. Town Line is simply the best – you’re not dealing with a business who takes you for granted; rather, this is the very definition of personal, tailored service done in a timely, professional manner. Anyone who has been through a need for repair knows how stressful these times can be, and Mike just took the stress and worry out of it. The end result is absolutely flawless – you can’t even tell. Not only did his crew fix the damage, they buffed out a small scratch on the other side door from parking at the T and added a small drop of paint for no extra cost to make it all look new. Lastly, they washed and vacuumed my car so it felt like I has just had the whole thing detailed. If you ever need any body work, trust me when I say this is THE place to go to. You will absolutely not be disappointed – and you can trust that Mike and his team will take full care of you and communicate every single step of the way. I just received my car yesterday evening. Mike and his team dropped it off at my house. The car looks fantastic. I appreciated the meticulous nature of their work. The craftsmanship here is superb. They addressed all small details that I was interested in fixing in addition to the rear bumper which was broken due to an accident. They even noted a small dent in my rim that they didn't bother me but told me about it. Things like that usually goes unnoticed. You can tell that they really care about the type of work they do.
