I spoke to one of the mechanics on the phone and he was so patient and kind with all my questions. I went in and within 45 mins Tommy was able to buff out the scratches, and fix the dent like it never happened. What a nice guy and very friendly workers. When dealing with the aggravation of an auto accident, it's nice to have someone working for your best interests. Jim and his lovely wife Jane helped me through the process! They dealt with the insurance agency on my behalf, kept me informed of all progress along the way and came in about a week ahead of the scheduled timeline! Jane handled all the paperwork and formalities with the insurance company. When I picked up my 2023 Toyota, it looked (and performed) like a brand new car again! Thanks Jim and Jane! Hope I never have another accident but if I do, I'll be back!”
