“I've had some bad luck with windshields this year- I cracked two of them. Each time I used Guaranty Glass and Mirror's mobile repair. They were able to come out the next day and make quick work of it. The techs are friendly and professional as well as the rep on the phone. They direct bill the insurance which is a plus also. I will never use anyone else.”
“I really only dealt with one glass replacement company in my local area because honestly, that's all I knew existed. It wasn't until they wanted to charge me $120 for a repair stating that my insurance "wasn't comprehensive". So I decided to call my insurance broker who assured me that any and all glass repair/replacement was fully covered and to never use that company again (::cough cough:: Safelite ::cough cough::). They recommended Glass America, put a claim through and Glass America called and scheduled a full windshield replacement 3 days later at no charge. The technician was amazing. “My insurance set me up here when I got off highway & had an 8 inch crack up the middle of my windshield, had the glass changed 2 days later but calibrated 2 times & it still freezing up my steering wheel due to front camera, called & now they are ordering OEM original glass when Honda tried to recalculate & realized it was not an OEM which would be fine if my car wasn’t a Honda CRV, for some reason the Honda CRVs can not use the OEE glass but safelite was cool about it & understood so will update when completed, just remember if you have a Honda CRV ask for OEM glass.”
