Wonderful people, knowledgeable, expert, honest, fair, competent and reasonable pricing. They have been around for many years. Realizing that they had confused and inadvertently overcharged the cost of a part they replaced with another customers part, they promptly mailed me a check to cover the distance. Highly recommended!!

They set up my mom's computer, and they sold me a system about a month ago. Unfortunately, I had a hospitalization for 28 days. I call the store, get an automatic answering machine, and nobody calls. I will revisit this review if it seems warranted, but at the moment it feels like a letdown, kind of a not-good way to do business. There could be and probably are things going on that I don't know about, so I am open to changing my opinion at a later date.

I bought a refurbished CPU online from Amazon, place called PC refurbished. It quickly had blue screens of death and locked me out so I brought it into CC and they were unable to fix it as they determined a bad motherboard. I returned it for a full refund. They quickly backed up my data and provided me with a solid refurbished of their own that was reasonably priced for what was under the hood. They were very supportive, understanding and helpful. Only reason not 5 stars as a little bit disorganized in regards to follow up , consistently returning calls, remembering previous discussed details. I would suggest just a better way to track info so when call comes , they have the file nearby and handy to quickly recall the case. Also try to call back within time frames they set. I would definitely go back as they are good people and delivered in all the most important ways. One of the professionals there named Dave was very in tune with my need to get something to best record my music with and thus far it has been doing that job great !

We have used Computer Central for the past 9 years and are VERY happy with the service they provide. Computers never seem to break down at a convenient time, and Mike has been there to bail us out of a sticky situation more than once. Highly recommended!

I should have learned my lesson the first time around with Computer Central. It was always we're working on it and it will be ready in a day or I will call you tomorrow on its status, none of these were honest or professional responses because it just didn't happen. The first time was my desktop, recently I brought in a laptop with a bad mother board and all they had to do was transfer the data to an external drive supplied by me. Three weeks later, still in their shop and with the same old dishonest and unprofessional replies to my inquiries of its status. After one week I called and was told “I have it on my desk and I am working on it.†Computer Central is an overpriced shoddy business to avoid, someone else or Best Buy would be a better choice.
