Really a 2.5 gel mani experience. Not so friendly staff and completely missed the side edges of my nails which is my pet peeve! Convenient for me and the price is right but could be better

I barely made it in the door and a woman said “we’re closed”. I was hoping for a manicure and i work during the day. I said the time on the door states you’re open for another hour. Even though there were people receiving service, she rudely repeated “we’re closed”. No explanation. I left and just chalked it up to rude staff and never went back.

Excellent work. Clean, organized and accommodating. I am a manicurist myself and I’m very particular about cleanliness and process and they are great. Mi can’t say enough good about Sandy.m

Been here twice. The first time was a mediocre experience. Customer service was terrible. Not one person said hello or a smile. Not welcoming at all. Because I didn't get a gel color, the first chip came 2 days later.The second time I went, my manicurist was shy but nice. But when I went to the dryers to sit down, the older lady with a stain near the dryers was very clear she did not want me to sit by her. Of course, she did not say all this in English but it was clear from my manicurist's reaction and the replacement of my items at the farthest fan what had happened. Being a BIPOC woman in MA, you get those types of queues early & often so you learn quickly.That's the last time I go to this establishment. There will not be a third terrible experience.

Had my nails done @ Cute Nails! Service was superb and professional. The lady was very nice and recommended the best way to achieve what I wanted. I just showed an inspo picture of the nail design and she nailed it.

Super rude staff and management. Showed up 10 minutes late and was borderline screamed at and lectured for being late. Still had an hour until closing but they clearly just wanted to leave early and said they were about to leave without my appointment because they “didn’t think I was coming” after me only showing up 10 minutes late. I was the only customer in the salon and it was incredibly awkward and hostile the entire time and the lady doing my manicure even continued to lecture me about being late while doing my manicure like I was a child. They obviously rushed my manicure to “punish” me for being late. I won’t be coming back. Not the first time theyve been rude to me either.Service: Manicure

I asked for matching colors for my toes and gel nails - she said they would match and they didn’t ! Plus I received no hot towel on my legs and she was in such a hurry - I should not have paid as the they are two different colorsServices: Pedicure

I absolutely love suki! She gives the best massage I've ever had, her spa is immaculate, her prices reasonable, and she is so warm and friendly. And makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable!

Went 2 weeks ago with my niece. Both of us had pealing chipping nails within 2 days. The women did our nails too quickly and were more concerned with getting back to their tablets than providing good service.I used to go here often but will not be back after my last 2 experiences here.Service: Manicure

I have moved from the area and was visiting in in June. Had a gel manicure by Cindy, who had been my go to person when I was living there. My nails were ruined. She scraped them so much they are now weak and breaking. She used some paint on remover that obviously did not work.

i really enjoyed coming here and getting my nails done but i had to wait at least 25-35 minutes and i had an appointment the other people in my party had to wait longer. i showed the lady my inspo and she completely disregarded the added details i wanted. she strictly followed the picture which is not what i asked. she was also very rude and bossy and got snarky when we couldn't understand eachother. another huge factor is considering each other ages i am definitely on the younger side and it was not an appropriate way to act especially seeing that they will be getting paid .they are lucky that i ended up loving my nails so much. the other person in my party though wanted an added straight line across the nail but they ended up just putting clear polish like what?!?! i would definitely need to reconsider coming here and giving them business. although i do love my nails
