CVS was most helpful in filling my son's prescriptions in a timely manner and answering any questions I had about his medications.

The Holden CVS has been the only CVS pharmacy that I have dealt with that has been kind and compassionate. Retail pharmacy is not easy, but they are definitely doing their best to show that they care.

I receive, unfortunately, 4 prescriptions from CVS. Unfortunate, only because I am at an age where I need precscriptions to take on a daily basis. Getting prescriptions at a CVS retail store are frustrating. You must wait in line to pick up your prescription. No matter what day or time of day there is always a line, and, it takes 10-15 minutes in line before you get to the counter. Once you get to the counter it takes another 4-5 minutes to checkout. Especially the elderly, the main customer reciving the prescriptions. Youn are asked to sign, approve, donate, push in your card, by the time you finish it adds a lot of time to your check out. Frustrating. CVS counter reps are exhausted because it is non-stop for them at work. People waiting in line, people sitting in chairs waiting t be called whne their prescription is ready, CVS can fix this wait time.

The hours on this place are not the best. They also sometimes don't have the prescription you need. It is clean and has a ton of stuff though. The checkout is really fast also.

Should be applauded with the lack of Customer service and customer care! Pharmacy is laughable at best as they are always out of stock and tonight refused to assist as they were closing in 5 minutes and shut their systems down (after reducing their hours)! Goodbye CVS hope you go out of business and make way for a pharmacy that knows how to actually assist people!

I wish I could minus stars. I've used CVS in Worcester and West Boylston and now Holden for the past four years. It has to be the worst CVS in history....talking about the Pharmacy not the front of the store (they are always helpful). My husband had a prescription sent in on Friday 3/23/23. I went to get it Saturday...they didn't have it in stock. They said Tuesday the 28th. Went in Tuesday, they didn't have it and said they had to call the doctor. I checked online today, Wednesday the 29th, it said in process and getting more information it said it would be ready at noon. Went in at 1:00 and there had to be 8 people in line and more coming with one ringer. Get to the register.... Surprise!!! They don't have it. We are switching pharmacies I'm sick of their crap. So my husband has been without his medication for 4 days and they offer no solution. They ROT.

my experience w/ CVS, Holden MA overall has been pretty Good.My complaints are For CVS ThemSELVES; pharmacy appears Understaffed, ridiculously little amount of space for them to Work & Stored meds properly. Almost ALWAYS Out Straight. For the reasons I said; UNfair to the staff that Tries their BEST w/ the Very miniscule space & lack of help.

Seemed like everyone who worked there hated their lives, no one was helpful, especially the pharmacists. One cashier wasn't wearing their mask fully and nobody in line was standing on the 6 feet apart spots on the floor. I used to love this CVS but over the years this place went wayyy down hill. Sad!
