Very disappointed with the new menu . Salads r gone . Prices increased but u only get a vegetable OR potato. Ridiculous! So the food was good but after paying about $39 for a steak all u get is a choice of veg or pot. To me if u take away something that's ok but to reduce your meal by 2 items? Not worth it anymore. Always likes it there but won't go back.

I don't know why we didn't go here sooner. Charming place, food was great, our server (Jen) was awesome... Very attentive as was the hostess. Food was excellent... Highly recommend the beet salad. I never get dessert, but I got the key lime pie and it was awesome. My wife would recommend an update to the furniture/decor to harness the old American pub/tavern, the booths are thin. Really enjoyed our dinner. Oh, the live music was great!

Have heard good things about Harvest Grille. We went on a Friday night on a whim. Did not have reservations and had no problem getting 2 seats at the bar. There was a piano player in the lounge and it was very pleasant. The bartender was quite busy but didn't seem to have any problems keeping up. We ordered steak tips and baked haddock to share. Both were very tasty. Food came out in a timely manner.

I have been coming here on and off for years and the food has always been very good. There are a lot of restaurants in Holden now and I frequent them also, but often they are noisy and crowded and sometimes the food isn't as good as Harvest Grille. I love the booth atmosphere in the dining room... great for catching up with friends because you are not on top of other people. The food is delicious, and I agree that the blackened salmon and Caesar salad are to die for! Yet I do branch out and get other dishes and haven't been disappointed. I recently was served a side of béarnaise that was mouth watering. They are so good with sauces. The service is also good. You can't go wrong here!

Have eaten here many times the food is great service is great but like every where staff shortage is the norm always enjoy the crab cakes and meat loaf Soups are always homemade and delicious . The owner socializes with patrons and helps the wait staff

The food and service were outstanding! We went for the first time a few weeks ago and loved the vibe & overall experience. We went again tonight with our neighbors and it was even better the second time! Kendra, our server was very attentive, friendly & helpful. We could see that senior management really care about customer satisfaction & even walk around to make sure everyone’s pleased with the food and service. If you are looking for a restaurant with friendly atmosphere, great food and fair prices, you can’t go wrong! We will be back soon!

We just had a fantastic experience with Harvest Grille. We hosted a "collation" luncheon meal following a celebration of life service for my mother-in-law. It could not possibly have worked out better. Susan was a joy to work with remotely by phone (as we are located in New Jersey). The food and service were all great, and the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming. We had a buffet meal with caesar salad, baked haddock, steak tips, and vegetarian risotto, and homemade brownies and cookies for dessert. Everything was delicious and served elegantly and timed well. We really appreciate the care and attention they took so that our time could be focused on our main objective of the day which was to honor and celebrate my mother-in-law's life.

My fiancé and I just ate here for the first time. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We ordered the steak tips medium rare, and they were perfect! We ordered them to share as we had ordered some apps to share too, and the staff split it on to two plates without us asking, complete with ourbown steak knives! The crab cake was perfect, the piccata calamari so buttery and flavorful, and the stuffed mushrooms so cheesey. The waitress cracked fresh peppercorns on our salad. The staff were all really friendly and so attentive. They boxed up our items for us and bagged them up too. I love the little trees they have situated in the middle of the dinning area, it's so aesthetic! It's a tad bit more expensive than some of the other restaurants in the area, but we'll worth it! There are even some decent vegetarian options in the menu that we didn't get to try. We will be back again very soon, thank you!

Experience at this place was just weird. We only went here once about 6 years ago and have not been inspired to visit again since. The staff seemed nice, but off somehow. I can't quite put my finger on it. Like it was everyone's first day and they were a little confused or something. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't good. Plenty of people really enjoy the staples like meatloaf and potatoes with a dash of pepper and some salt. This is a place for that sort of thing, a filling and predictable meal. While the menu does have a lot of options, they're all pretty standard fare. Our meal wasn't especially flavorful. Someone in the reviews called the menu "innovative", maybe they were talking about the font. Maybe this place is great if it's on your drive home and you're looking for something to fill your belly or spend some time relaxing at the bar with friends. Maybe I was just there on an off day, but there was just something very strange about it.

Great spot with some very cool architecture and a historic feel to it (I'm pretty sure the building itself is quite old if I had to guess..) and a very nice homestyle atmosphere.Nice enough to dress up a little bit for a date night, but casual enough for a little family gathering in regular casual attire if you want.The food was excellent! Came out quick, all the courses came out in well timed sequence, all nicely presented, and was very tasty!! Solid sized portions too! Definitely didn't leave hungry!
