I go to UPS on Main Street, Holden, MA to return Amazon returns. I didn’t realize how much more UPS offers to customers. When needed, I will use other services UPS offers.

Long lines, not friendly, unhelpful staff. Needed to return a big item that wouldn't fit back in box they told me sorry. I mean don't they ship things? I left frustrated and went to Worcester UPS store and they were so nice, built me a box and helped with repacking, much less crowded and they actually greet you with a hello how can we help. Don't waste your time in Holden.

A few weeks ago I shipped a pair of sunglasses for repair. They’ve been lost for weeks. I’ve driven to this store 3 times. First trip they gave me the tracking number which was not enough info to file a claim so I had to go back the next day. 2nd trip the guy working said he would file a claim for me and call me…2 days later no call. Had to drive back again that day they told me manager would be there next day and would call…still no call. He did file a claim under his own account so I can’t see it or get any info on it. I use this store a lot and works fine for Amazon returns but I would never ship anything else here.
Update: 1 month in and after following the directions in the UPS Support reply to this review I received a $114 check for $320 sunglasses. No one has replied to the ticket I opened. Tried calling the UPS 877 number today and he’ll for 40 minutes then got a ringing line that was never answered. I have honestly never experienced customer service this bad in my life.

I visited this location on 12/13 to have 4 pages faxed. I provided the information and noticed that the employee was having difficulty and asked if help was needed. I was given the “look”. When completed I left with the detail assuming the transmission was successful. The recipient contacted me today saying they received pages 1&2 twice. This was a transaction that I needed to complete in a timely manner and it failed due to the employees poor training and inability to ask for assistance. Needless to say I will not use this location again.

The place was clean, the staff was nice. This location offered he pack and ship so I was able to just bring all my stuff and they took care of it for me.

Sent a $1,000,000 check to an investment company for a client. The man at the desk was very professional and helpful. Told me on 6/27/24 that it would likely get there next day, but not guaranteed if I ship express. It arrived very close to the location on 6/28/24. It's been missing ever since (today is 7/8/24). After fussing around for 2 hours on the phone with the 800 number to no avail, they told me to file an investigation with the store. Did that on 6/5, was told I would receive a call back same day. Nothing, Called today on 6/8 and was told owner was on vacation and no one would look at it until Thursday, 6/11. This is outrageous and there is ZERO accountability at UPS. They Suck and this store sucks. The man who helped me was very nice, but the owner sucks. Stay away and ship FEDEX.

Being elderly I was unable to bring box from my car in. The guy said no worries.
It was so heavy I thought he could get a hernia.
After all was done he told me never worry about if you can not bring a package in.
