Called 4 times over 20 minutes with no one picking up. They have no voicemail either to request a call back. The phone only ring 3-4 times, leading me to believe they are hanging up.Update - Called 10 minutes after posting review and they picked up immediately ...

Says open to 6:30pm. I got there at 6:05 and told they are open to 6:30, but can't ship boxes out after 6pm. Really?? Why be open then?? Not happy.

Just learned that last half hour of the day here is ONLY for returns and barcodes- NOT shipping, bc they close down the computers. Just an FYI to save you a trip

I have been using this store for over 5 years and have had 100% positive experiences every time and I sometimes bring in piles of returns at a time. I wait for others who may have just one or two returns to go ahead of me so it works out for everybody. The clerks are amazingly courteous and friendly.

This is the best experience I have had at a shipping store. They helped me find the perfect box and were patient while I confirmed addresses.

Charging $3 to print their own label! When in other locations they just scan the QR code and print it for free.

I usually go here all the time never had an issue I come in with eight packages to send out for the holidays and the guy that was working here kept leaving me to help other customers at another register he would help me with two packages and then he would take another customer at a different register not even say anything and just leave he did it three times so I took the rest of my packages and I left I waited in line just like everybody else this worker should be talk to and reprimanded and not to mention he had people’s packages scattered throughout the floor with labels just sitting beside it that’s how people’s packages get lost as he’s tripping over them

I wish I had read some of the previous reviews before I entrusted a wedding gift to this UPS store.Almost a week after I dropped off a beautiful package and card to be sent to a young couple in MA, I learned that my package had been mislabeled by one of the employees in this store. It was sent to North Carolina. Now, the couple will not receive my gift in time, my beautiful packaging and card have been ripped open and ruined, and I am extremely angry and upset at this ridiculous incompetence. They had ONE JOB and didn't do it properly. Many people have been hurt and I will never use this store again.

New management is very friendly, helpful, always try to save cost and time of customers, very good and helpful staff as well
