Tom and his team, particularly Belsi, worked pretty hard for an hour and a half to get my phone's eSim configured. This info and config was something that was supposed to be sent to me when VZW shipped the phone but wasn't. I spent a couple wasted hours the this team got it done.

Scott Richardson was the most helpfull representative I've talked to in a long time. Today we didn't need a new phone, or a new plan. We needed patience. Scott, exceeded my expectations. Expectations I didn't even knew I had until after this gentleman helped us. He made it an experience and a pleasurable one for tedious tasks. I have never given a 5 star rating for a Verizon store but Matt was really good.
Had me set up and on my way in a very reasonable time.
Explained the new phone very well.

Adam promised if we updated our current plan we would save money and be able to upgrade our ancient phones for free. (of course that meant locking in for at least another 3 years.) Since then we've been charged for data overages, (we never were before) and we've been charged for our upgraded phones. I constantly reach out to Adam to get it straightened out, and he always says he'll check into it and get back to me. He never does. This has been since February. The worst customer service ever. I would never recommend going there. I've waited all these months to post a review, hoping Adam would make good on his promises. That has not happened. We had a good deal going previously, now we are getting overcharged monthly and I am spending way too much time trying to correct this fiasco.

I went into your store with a problem with my phone and ended up taking advantage of your 3 year price guarantee with a new phone and a watch. Luke was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He took care of everything and explained things I was not sure about.

We went there to find a phone case for my new pixel 8A. It said that the store had them online. We went in and there were very few phone cases, mostly just for iPhones. So we decided to leave. As we were leaving, a gentleman did ask us if we were all set. On a Saturday it seemed like he was the only one there. He was helping three people.

We went to the Verizon store in Holden to upgrade two of my family’s phones today. Nick did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented, and personable. He explained how the upgrades would impact our upcoming bills. The phone my wife wanted was not in stock, so Nick ordered it for us. Nick brought my daughter all of the colored iPhones available in stock for my daughter to select. He also walked her through the iPhone cases available, so she could find exactly what she wanted. While we waited for the phones to transfer data, Nick finished the remainder of the steps we needed to complete our transaction. We were able to get in and out with all of our needs met quickly. This is the third time I have visited the store over the past five years, and the positive experiences I have had in the past and today will keep me coming back. I recommend them and Nick for friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service.

Holden Verizon wireless store is definitely worth the trip if you're looking for a new phone. I've been in the Verizon store in Shrewsbury and it's a corporate store is always busy and crowded. Holden was excellent and both the salesman sold me a phone I really wanted not 1 I thought I wanted. The iPhone would have been a big mistake I'm so happy with the Samsung s25 ultra I purchased. I highly recommend Holden Verizon they will treat you swell.
