I have been a customer of The Wilde Companies for over 20 years. They have never missed an appointment to open, close, or service my irrigation system. They always delivered quality work.
Wilde also installed and services my exterior, home and landscaping lighting. After several years, we experienced a problem with the controller and it was serviced quickly and properly.
This month, we replaced our old Hunter control panel for the irrigation system. Wilde has been outstanding in setting up and answering questions for the new Hydrawise system.
Wilde's pricing is always reasonable.
I highly recommend Wilde and know you will be happy you chose them.

Had Dylan out today to evaluate and repair a twenty year old system. What a Pro! He made great recommendations and effected the necessary repairs openly and very quickly. I can't wait to have him complete some recommended upgrades.

Excellent customer service! Dealt with 2 technicians that came to open my irrigation system and they were very professional, punctual and most importantly super friendly. Jon is the office handled repair work and parts ordering flawlessly. Absolutely recommend Wilde Irrigation and have been a client for over 15 years!!

Company left the water running when turning my sprinkler system on. I didn't catch it until when I got home. my water bill was $300 higher. When I've called to complain they do not care nor have customer service that even acts like they care. They are still more than happy to charge for their work which flooded my neighbors yard. Technician was rude and so was person at front desk when I called. They also do not seem to document calls as there was conveniently no record of me calling to complain about this. Terrible business.

We inherited our system 18+ years ago. We have extended it and put in the new box that regulates the water based on ground moisture, rain expectations, etc. We have had emergency repairs due to trees falling, breaking the feed line, heads a few decades old going, etc. Wilde has been responsive in all emergencies. Everyone in our area comments on the lawn.

I've used these guys for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The office staff is always helpful. Most importantly you always get to a person, not 12 levels of automated menus! The field guys are all knowledgeable and have always been able to help. Highly recommend them!

Customer service great. Schedules right away Came out for estimate within a few days NEVER received a call or follow up about the estimate. It's been 9 months. Called 4 times was told they were busy but my estimate would be sent that day. Still do not have my estimate til this day. It's now close to winter and I found another company- Scheduled me and did bid and irrigation project within a week. If Wilde is going to prioritize project focus by how much revenue it will bring them, they should just be forthright about it and say your job is too small we are focusing on larger projects. I would respect that more than being passed over for more money and stringing me along all the whole holding me up from moving on. Luckily I found a more reliable company that wants my business and a happy ending to my anguished journey.

Dillon and his crew did an amazing job installing our sprinkler system. They had a giant task with our lawn, covering about 2 acres and setting up individual drips for 61 new trees. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly fair in their pricing. Dillon also took time to individually go over the app with me to make sure I understood how to use it. We will definitely use them again for any future irrigation projects and recommend you do too!Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I’ve been using Wilde Irrigation to open and close our sprinkler system for the past 3 years. If only every landscape service provider were this reliable! They show up on time (to the minute), their pricing is very reasonable and their techs and business manager could not be more friendly. Mike C. was the tech who came out this week to open the sprinkler system. He arrived right on time, had his mask on for the duration of the visit, chatted up my toddler while efficiently working and had a great recommendation I hadn’t thought of to irrigate a new flower bed (And executed on the idea while he was here). I have zero hesitation in highly recommending them for all of your irrigation needs.

Everything from scheduling the job through working with the Irrigation Engineer who was on site for the day was very smooth. Wilde reminded us about the upcoming planned work in the Fall via a postcard and then again there was a telephonic reminder. This gave us enough time to prepare for the day, requesting time off of work, etc,. Matt arrived on the scheduled day for the work and finished his job while I was busy attending a meeting from home. He left and was at a neighbor's place for another scheduled work. I had an emergency at home with something else which is in no way related to Irrigation and Matt went out of his way to help me out. He might have had a very busy schedule as it's Fall. He just took care of the next door neighbor and came back within few minutes to help me out. I asked if i could pay him for the additional time. He just said these exact words - "No Buddy, I just wanted to do a good job."
