“Generally, this is one of the best & credit unions are much preferred over the regular established banks.
Employees, most times, are courteous & knowledgeable. Banking procedures & record keeping flawless! I have done my banking business there for 30 plus years & never a glitch.
Online banking equally good except they do a lot of online maintenence. It often occurs during business hours & you cant access your account information. You can phone them but not convenient for detailed inquiries & money tranfers etc.”

“Due to my bank here in Natick closing their safe deposit boxes I did a little research and listened to friends and received all positive input about Middlesex savings bank, in downtown Natick. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

“Our small cozy in town bank that we love. It is never overcrowded and you get to know workers there. There is a nice sitting area and in case you have small children - there is a big aquarium ❤ The parking is in the back and a few spots in the front. 3 drive throughs. You can also make yourself a coffee inside. They also have free checking account without direct deposit or minimum balance requirement, which is awesome, especially for kids!! We love also emails that we periodically get from Dean bank director, it feels very good to know that it is a small bank that cares about it's customers!😊”

“I went to Needham Bank and opened a Cd. I heard great words about the rate. I meet with Eri. She opened the Cd and offered me the checking account that had no fee. That was amazing for the debit card that I can use even when I travel outside pf the country for free. Employees there are great. They greet me and offered me a coffee. Before leaving I met with the manager. Both provided an exceptional customer service to me.”

“I haven't dealt with this branch but I had my truck financed through them almost 2 years ago and got a great rate. Then about 6 months later I got a pre-approved credit card from them without applying. It has a $6,000 line with 0% interest for 22 months double cash rewards and more. I had 2 problem's in that time once I tried to send $ to pay loan payment and it ended up on my credit card and the other time I mailed the loan payment and the check didn't show up for 3 weeks. I paid online when I saw it was 4 days overdue and then when The check showed up and it processed and I had now made two payments in one month which I couldn't afford. Both times when I called the credit union whoever answered the phone helped me address the situation the last time the woman was nice enough to cancel the older payment that I had made online in order to get me my money back quicker and the first time I don't remember how they handled it but it was very simple for me to deal with it I just had to call and explain my situation and they helped me get my money back. I don't bank with them I do have the savings account with the $10 I put in in order to get the loan but I had never even heard of them they don't have any branches near me if they did I would happily deal with them and hopefully when I trade in my truck I will be able to get another loan through them”

“THE MOST FRIENDLY, BEST BANK EVER, especially the Bellingham Branch!! Mike, the Branch Manager, helped me in a bind! Trish, and all the tellers are extremely helpful and friendly and actually do care!! My husband & my kids go for a visit often on weekends to deposit their savings and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. Online banking is great too and NO CHARGES, which is huge! I can't say enough great this about this economical and friendly neighborhood bank!! I used to go to BOA - for 25+ years but the monthly fees were outrageous / a complete waste & typically unfriendly staff. SWITCH to CRB... you won't regret it!!”
