Excellent coffee shop with home baked goods in an even better location. What's not to love ?

The coffee here is fantastic! My favorite is the hazelnut with oat milk. This is a cute and cozy cafe. The staff is nice and they get all their bagels and baked goods from Blue Moon in Medfield! Which is a great establishment.

Fair to poor. Stopped in and ordered a veggie wrap. No taste. I asked for advocado. They said they have to charge me 50 cents for the avocado which was fine. They put 5 cents worth and not much improvement on the taste. Coffee and service were fair. All 4 employees on their phones. 3 other tables only order coffee. Now I know why.

The food and coffee quality are much improved since this place was purchased by the owners of Blue Moon. The muffins are fresh now and no longer neon colored. They have also done a nice job of renovating the place. The bagels are smaller than they used to be, though.

I miss Coffee Haven. Some of it’s chalked up to nostalgia and comfort (the books, the art, the warmth); but the quality has also lessened and the staff don’t seem invested. The food is very lackluster - almost so ‘nothing’ that you’d prefer it was bad. The coffee isn’t the same or maybe it’s the way it’s now prepared, or by whom. The shop itself has quite a clinical feel now, which I suppose suits most of its customers. Just… for what I’m willing to pay I’d rather spend it elsewhere. Was a go-to for my family since my kids were small so it’s disappointing. Glad others seem to enjoy it though.

Very good, frozen hot chocolate was amazing. But there was a group of boys there who were laughing at me when i fell on my face. And employees were giving nasty looks.

Our favorite local coffee shop. The shop Is bright and is bigger than it appears from the outside. The food is great and the service is always with a smile.

I'm biased but my daughter works here! The best part is how the people here are rooting for her that she knows ASL. I love that I could make an order in ASL. I had a work meeting here once with my deaf colleagues, great space. Thank you for everything!

I come here all the time and I can’t say enough good things. Cute place with the best bagels and pastries! Great to work remotely or hang with friends.

Average to poor. Arrived at 8:30am on a Wednesday... three people at tables, no one in line. Ordered a toasted bagel with butter. Specifically asked that the bagel be Toasted not just warmed. Ordered Dark Roast coffee. Bagel was lukewarm - barely a brownish edge - like it was in the toaster for 15 seconds. Their dark roast coffee is a medium roast coffee everywhere else. The new owners bought a locally owned coffee shop that had sponsored local kids sports teams, hired local kids. Seems to have lost that ambiance for me. Maybe I just dislike change, but it doesn't feel like a Holliston coffee shop anymore and the food is just average.

In Holliston it’s THE place to go! My grandsons love going. They serve food that my picky grandson loves.

This place used to be great but is now truly poor. The odds of getting your order accurately prepared is about 20% and the once charming ambience is now stiff.
