First rate shop! I've had fittings from many different high-end bike shops over the years, and Roy provided me with the best fit I've ever had! He is a very experienced mechanic and tremendously personable individual. I won't go anywhere else from now on for any of my cycling needs!

Roy's fitting is top notch. I got a fit from him in 2019 and he dialed it in perfectly. I have put over 7,000 miles on my bike since I last saw him and not a smidge of discomfort on my triathlon bike.

I'm a very casual rider and wasn't feeling very comfortable on my bike but Roy took the time to explain some bike fundamentals, positioning and adjusted my seat. Very grateful that he took the time to help me!
