The women in the store were also so helpful in offering advice on how to care for a natural emerald piece I got from another jeweler.
I have also gotten vintage pieces of my mother’s repaired here and they looked more beautiful than they did originally.

“A definitive experience. I was introduced to this wonderful business by my bride to be's amazing daughter - who referred me to Chelsea at the Store. Having not made a purchase like this in 36 years I was a novice - at best. Chelsea digested the type of ring that I wanted and unexpectedly had several options. However, at once, the ring I chose jumped out at me. A stunning 3ct Sapphire, sided by two diamonds at .75ct each - in a classic stately platinum setting. The financial transaction was simple, fair and transparent. When I picked up the ring - all of the staff were easy going and kind. Zero pressure/awkwardness that you see in other stores. We have found the family jeweler for sure!”
