I needed an immediate eyedrop refill after my fourth 4th eye procedure/surgery and the script needed a modification. Blake took care of it immediately, processed it, and it will be delivered to my home first thing tomorrow.This is my third order and interaction with METROWEST. The pharmacists, especially Blake, answer every phone call personally, especially if you cannot get serviced through their efficient phone refill system. Everyone with whom I interacted is beyond COURTEOUS AND POLITE, extremely knowledgeable, and soooo professional. . This pharmacy delivers to my home the next day, which is so amazing and incredible. “I’ve visited Walgreens in Medway 3 times since I over to Millis in 2022. I just moved to Franklin but needed to go back there to pick up an Rx. This visit made the difference the gentleman at the front counter was very nice and friendly, and the young lady Mai, at the Pharmacy counter was very polite pleasant and personable. She made sure all my needs were met and updated my information without my asking but offered her help. She is driven and very customer service oriented. I appreciate your help and you are at the heart of what I remember Walgreens to be when I lived in RI and was a weekly regular. Because of you and (I’m sorry didn’t get his name) the young man at the front desk, I think I’d take the drive there all the time instead of switching to Franklin because my experience tidy was wonderful! Thank you for doing what you do in a professional kind and caring way!!! YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!!! ??????”

“I love this CVS (Millis. MA), and even drive out of my may to go to it.
It is by far the nicest CVS I have ever been in (and I have lived in many places and been in many CVS stores). It is fairly new, the ceilings are high, and there are a lot of windows, including high up, which make the store bright.
The shelves are set up such that the store does not feel cramped.
I could go to a much closer CVS, but I drive to this one because the store is so nice and because the staff, from the person at the cash register up front who greets you as you enter, to the pharmacy staff, including the one who gave my my tdap jab, are extremely kind and friendly.
Today, I did see one pharmacy staff member treat the staff member who was getting my rx for me very rudely when she had some trouble finding it. I hope someone can speak with her about treating her colleagues with respect. It seemed upsetting to the woman who was helping me, and it was upsetting to me.
But otherwise, this is my CVS now, even though there is one much closer.”
