Drivers can arrive early for their appointment and often get a dock right away, with unloading usually finished in less than an hour. The lot can be a bit of a cluster when many trucks show up at the same time, and drivers should not park where the docks are. It is important to stop at the stop sign so trucks going to the farther docks can get out. Backing in can be tight but not hard. The staff is kind and helpful, making it a good experience overall.

Delivery, I had appointment for 9am, checked in around 8:30, got it dock right away, forklift operator is super nice, overnight parking too but dont park where is docks, you will se parking lots by the building before you make left turn for docks.

Unloading time 30 to 40 mins and backup was little tight
