My daughter and I went car shopping for her first car over the weekend, and had a number of places on our list.After a couple of less than stellar locations (cars not as advertised, various issues, and poor service), we ended up test driving a few cars here, and Marty was a dream to work with. He also had the right car for us (a Kia Soul) and the purchase experience was also pretty much perfect. The price was reasonable, and so the no-haggle pricing was fine by me. There are also no document or other junk fees, and the vehicle was delivered clean and ready to go. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back - especially if they get in the right fun car for myself

Fantastic experience. Zero BS and easy transaction. They have a full-time mechanic that does all necessary repairs and are selective about the cars they purchase. No need to negotiate. All prices are fair.

Great experience. I bought a Ford Edge 2 months ago from Marty for my son, who is a newly licensed driver. The car was exactly as advertised, after a 10 minute test drive, I bought the car. Well fast forward 8 weeks, after me asking my son weekly, how everything was, especially the brakes, he said "It runs great, but I think I hear a noise sometimes when I stop". I took the car out, the brakes seemed fine. But being overly cautious, I emailed The Car Vault to tell them about it. Even though I had no warranty,and the brakes seemed fine, Marty told me to bring it in. He threw it up on the lift, and checked the new pads, rotors, calipers & hoses to make sure everything was working probably. He took an hour out of his busy day, at no charge, just to put a parents mind at ease. I would absolutley recommend The Car Vault.

I bought a Toyota Avalon 07' from Marty a little ovr 3 yrs ago. He didn't steer me wrong. It's a gorgeous ride, usually drive smaller, sporty cars (manual transmission too), but I'm pleased w/this well kept luxury vehicle n' Marty definitely can find a vehicle to suit you!!

Great experience buying a used car here. The car was in great shape, at a good price, and the people who run the place were really friendly and easy to deal with. I love that they do haggle-free pricing. There was a small issue with one of the tires that we hadn't noticed before I brought it home and they fixed it right away when I brought it to their attention-- something they definitely did not have to do. It's a hike for us to get out to Holliston but it's definitely worth it, and when we buy another car for my husband it's where we plan to go again.

I bought just the car I wasooking for from athe Car Vault. Jack told me if the inspection showed any problems, they would fix them. Before the car could be inspected, one night the headlights just shut off as I was driving! Terrifying!. I called The Car Vault and they arranged for a mechanic to take it in and search for the problem. In a matter of a few hours my beautiful car had new bright headlights! The Car Vault guys are men if their word. I'm a happy customer.

Marty was great to deal with. He set a fair price on a 2011 Volvo XC60 and the vehicle was in very good condition as advertised and as confirmed in a used car inspection by an independent mechanic. Haggle free pricing and no hidden fees. A pleasure in what is too often an unpleasant experience.

Great experience until the head gasket sealer that someone used prior to my ownership or the car ended up in my coolant when I overheated after a year and a half. Guess they just put a band aid on a blown head gasket and sold it to be someone else's problem down the line. Wont let me reply to you. But black 2008 chevy equinox. It was sold to my aunt Evelyn.
