In the time I had a payment plan with the Aaron store in Holyoke,Ma they have always been amazing and very helpful. Great customer service and making sure I had the best deal. The bed was brand new and in plastic with a cover. They bring to me and made sure I was all set before leaving.. Amazing service .. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

How about a room set from then and for owing $300 to pay off my stuff they came and took my stuff they couldn't work with me to give him the $300 and smaller payments I think their managers does not know how to take care of the business and their customers so I never went back I was going with that really treated me well Rent-A-Center

My husband bought some stuff there and we always have our payments on point and management still send their employee and they try to go in my house like if never had make the payments and the employees started the respecting me they try to go in my house like if there were the police very unhappy with management we always had trouble with him and we overpay for the items with that

The store manager doesn't know how to work with people they don't like working with with people that they can make full payments after you pay of half of stuff and he keeps calling you like if you are Thief really bad customer service starting with the management

"poor customer service. When I asked for my documents to be sent to my email they agreed to: however I never receive them. I then call multiple times and Everytime time they had a different excuse.I never was late for any of my payments.I spected better customer support.I will need to find a place where I will be treated like a person and better.
