Walked in at 4:40 PM, made an appt with the Genius Bar for 5:35 PM, stayed in the store, was notified by SMS that the appt would be at 6:50 PM… Met Adrian who asked to state the problem at 4:45 PM (had a problem with the Apple Email app which prevented my accessing my GMail acct)… Adrian “fixed the problem by 4:55 PM… true genius… 5 Star care…👏

Unbelievable we was there there is 3 people working at Apple store and I was going they said I have to book for appointment
I said ok they said they booked all day for today, I said there is three people free can you plz check my phone they said no they can't help until I book for appointment

For some reason my phone is locked out to owner. I sold an iPhone SE to my alcohol that belong to me and the same thing happened. The iPhone was locked out to owner. I am the owner. I don’t know why that would happen. Makes no sense to me.

I went in with an older Macbook Air with a Plan A and B. Plan A was the Macbook would be up and working, Plan b would be I get a new Macbook Air.
I spoke with a kind gentleman at the Genuis Bar on fixing my Macbook Air. He did all he could do for the Mabook but the battery was DOA. He was very nice, and professional.
So off to plan B.
Another fine gentleman helped me out with the sale of a new Macbook. Kind, courteous, patient. He explained all processes, from how the Macbook worked, to the credit check on the Apple card.
The vibe in the store was wonderful. Great group of people, bright store, and products to try out. I've been an Apple customer for many years, and have been at this store many time. I have NEVER had a bad experience once.

We went to the Apple store at Holyoke mall yesterday and requested a manager and a guy with shorts and flip flops shows up to help. In which he directed us to an Apple customer service number to call. Very, very, very poor management presentation for someone “in charge” of an Apple store. He was nice but the first impression was not good. I advice everyone to call Apple customer service number before going to an Apple store for assistance because they will direct you to call. Mr manager, even if your staff wants to be comfortable during the summer time, you ALWAYS represent a company like Apple in a profeccional mannner.

Danny was amazing and informative! He showed me exactly how to care for my device and maximize longevity. Mike, however, was extremely rude and condescending. I anticipate a projection as I am educated, clearly not in computer or electrical engineering, but I am open to learning more when kindly explained to me. Mike assumed I was a dunce and exercised elementary level language to ask if I had thought of basic troubleshooting techniques, which I obviously had. Upon noticing his rancid attitude, I asked if he was okay and he said no. I hope he gets well soon.

I had an appointment at the Apple Store at 10:40 AM and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting while several staff members appeared to be doing absolutely nothing—just wandering around the store or chatting among themselves. No one acknowledged me or gave any explanation for the delay. When I asked for help, the response was dismissive and borderline rude. It’s disappointing to schedule an appointment, expect professionalism, and be met with such a lack of basic customer service. Apple can and should do better.

Worst experience to date. There were more green shirts than customers, half of them talking to each other. I was “sort of greeted” and the hand gestures from the salesperson were vague. Even the hired mall Security guard was noticeably aware.. thank you! You just convinced me I DON’T REALLY NEED AN UPGRADE that bad.

Amazing store! I had a wonderful experience. Walked in with some questions about apple pencil and got assisted within 5 minutes! My sales rep walked me through apple pencil pro features, and gave me an Apple Vision Pro demo! Fantastic store!!
