Had a pleasant time getting done what was needed. Also looked into possibly a new plan but my currently plan was still the better option. One of the employees also put Bluey on the TV so my daughter could watch it while we finished up our business. Really appreciate the time they took with me to make sure all questions were taken care of!

Everything is very bad ? Everything is very, very, sad!!! We changed our mobile phone operator...we are a family of four, from Ukraine, we arrived in Khaliok. mall to cell phone store
AT&T, we were highly recommended by friends,,
Here we were served, very efficiently... Two days later we were disconnected... we came again to Halioki, they say, tried to figure out the problem, reconnected three phones, the fourth had to buy a new SIM card... okay (change of phone number, such enjoy yourself...
• We left in hope
that everything is in order, but payment came, and instead of $200, we were charged $431
We go again, the manager promises to recalculate everything in two days, we leave... nothing changes after the weekend, we wait two days, we go again, and finally we came across an employee named Anthony, who decided everything that same day... Thank you and thank you, “for the cool specialists” in your business...???
And now a month has passed, it is deservedly one of the best networks in the USA...after all, the communication is really high-quality, and it is very pleasant that apparently my comments were heard, processed, and the payment for the next month surprised me very pleasantly! Thank you ! ??

We had a pleasant surprise at the Holyoke AT&T store; Damien Emiliano was gracious, patient, focused yet funny, and extremely helpful and a wonderful sales representative. This was a benchmark interaction with a sales representative, so kudos to Damien.

The store experience is okay. Anthony the manager on Duty, and the employee I first spoke to were both understanding, but unable to assist. AT&T has fragmented its business model so poorly, that phones and deals done at Target or BJ's or other retailers cannot be supported or investigated by in store staff. Okay, sounds fair you might say, but AT&T CORPORATE STORES, such as this one, CANNOT HELP YOU WHEN YOU DID A PHONE PURCHASE, UPGRADE or other transactions with AT&T Online? What a farce.
I'll be leaving similar reviews at all the local AT&T stores. If you want to be able to go, and have a Store Manager fix an issue for you, ONLY deal with the store directly, never the online store or phone customer service. The whole company is built to grab your money and waste your time. Consider another cellular provider.

Customer service is severely lacking. Person who answered the phone for the store was clearly bothered by asking for help. Little to no professionalism in their communication skills. Even hanging up the phone, "alright, click." I've never heard anyone say "alright" to a customer and then just hang up the phone. Does this person think they work at the "club" or something? This is a phone store. They sell phones. No one is too cool to do their job well unless they just don't care. Originally called because ATT failed to include a shipping label to send back my trade in phone as the rep at the Holyoke store had informed me would be the procedure. Come to find out, they never included a shipping label. ATT in turn added a warranty to my account that I never approved and didn't include the trade in credit. The rep who answered the phone today told me I waited too long and should have brought the phone back to their store. For a company that wants my money they seem to act like I owe them a lot. I value my time and I value what people say they will do. In this case ATT messed up, made it my problem and expect me to spend more of my time fixing their error. Customer service 101 stuff, act professional, do what you say you will, and when things go wrong don't blame the person paying you money try to help them.

I was very satisfied with the store rep June! He helped me when Best Buy wouldn't. Amazing service with AT&T. Made my whole day better after a bad 2 days ☺️

For the first time, we weren't tied up "all day." The person we had was great and knowledgeable. We were greeted right away and only waited a few short moments. We were changing our plan & taking advantage of a deal at the same time. We continue to be very happy with AT&T services and their in store experience was the best I've had so far. Kudos to you AT&T and their staff!!

I want to thank Terell Rice, an AT&T associate who was kind, patient, and did NOT turn my mother away once noticing her phone is paid via Liberty PR (apparently no longer associated with AT&T). She asked for help as her phone was not working due to a sim/Esim issue. I contacted Liberty and interestingly enough they forwarded me to AT&T for assistance in sending ESIM link which in turn Terell was able to assist my mother in the activation of same.
That is truly QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Supervisors please take notice of same.

Poor customer service. The rep, Xavier, was not hospitable and was poorly informed about the current promotions. He incorrectly quoted me a trade in value and only upon the completion of my transaction one hour later did he tell me the "correct price" which was more than a $100 difference. He thought this was funny and did not take accountability for this inaccuracy that would impact my bill. He then offered to reverse the entire transaction which would leave me without a viable device and loss of more time. Very disappointing experience.

I stopped in to inquire about cell phone service & was approached by Damien who was very welcoming & informative. He explained the options for my business plan & it was such a great deal I had to say yes. I left the store with a new phone & reassurance that AT&T does care about their customers. In fact I have been so pleased with the customer service & cell service that I brought my wife to the store to pick her out a new phone & Anthony the store manager was even more helpful & we purchased another phone and a watch. I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to let the curious minds know how impressed I was and still am with the service AT&T provides with its phone coverage & customer service is above & beyond anything everyone else I have ever been to. I do have to say that I had called the 800 number to inquire about another service for my alarm system & the person on the phone was a little challenging to deal with & the only reason I say that is because the customer service for the phone call to the 800 I sent texted me for me to leave a review & I gave a bad review to the 800 number but it went to the store somehow by mistake and I just wanted to say that if my bad review went to the store by mistake that I would remove it if I could so please forgive me.
